Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Fantastic company. Family run, with proper family values. Heard nothing but brilliant things about how they treat their staff and boy does it show! Really helpful, informative, efficient and friendly service from the first point of contact. So pleased to be with an Internet provider that is local to us and community minded. Then to top it off their prices are better than the nationwide providers. 5 star all the way!!
Following a few stumbling blocks on a business install, and a few let downs from various people, It was a real genuine pleasure to have Katie Gondelle from Customer Onboarding handle my call and to do in 3 days, what nobody else could do in months before. Katie - a sincere and big thank you for all you amazing help in getting my install sorted. I am now totally able to enjoy a brilliant speed on my full fibre installation. Excellent service. Phone quickly answered. Really good advice that sorted out the problem. Had follow up phone call the following day to make sure all was well. The Wessex Internet team are always professional, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. It all feels a much more personal service than that from other internet providers.

I have been with Wessex Internet for over 3 years now and recently changed from Wireless to their new Fibre provided broadband. Following my changeover, I had a couple of minor issues and contacted them to get resolved. I could not have wished for a better response. Lucy from Customer Services sorted out my issues in a friendly, professional and extremely prompt and efficient manner. She ensured that I was kept informed after my call to her to ensure that everything was sorted very much to my satisfaction. Every organisation has issues - it is the way that those issues are resolved that really counts and is the mark of a company. Given their response fronted through Lucy, I absolutely recommend Wessex Internet, both for its product and for its care after. Their service does really deliver what it promises. Thank you Lucy.
They really are an outstanding company. Nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with all our questions quickly, efficiently and accurately, leaving nothing to chance. Everyone who dealt with our order (in particular Katie) was friendly, helpful and super-efficient. I honestly cannot fault them!
