Resolving problem

After a couple of phone calls, being talked through everything and then then the tech team who finally adjusted my router, my problem was eventually solved. Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and patient, so special thanks to Lucy Fielding and Ben.

Where the major suppliers were unable…

Where the major suppliers were unable to help, Wessex have given me great internet, supported by a great team locally based. It’s a service you can not find with the multi national companies. Lucy helped me gain total wi fi which was seamless . She was friendly and very helpful. Brilliant !

Great broadband

Finally, I have fantastic fast WiFi. No more circle of doom when streaming programs and everything connecting so much faster than BT! Great service from the guys who installed it. So glad I made the change over, best decision yet.

Seamless transfer.

Seamless transfer from wi-fi to fibre connection at home. From the 'road' & 'garden' teams to customer onboarding our experience was-very impressive. Special mention for Maddie and Graham in Sales who were mustard.
