Garden team 3 attended my property today. Very polite and efficient. I was worried about the cable route across my flower beds but by friendly discussion they were able to route very discreetly, and found a way across my concrete driveway. Very neat job. Well done.

Adam and Jamie came this morning to connect our Internet with wessex in yeovil they where very professional, polite,chappy,and happy gents,they explained everything to us,in a way that we understood as we are not computer literate,thank you guys and wessex for a job well done.

Wessex had to clear two blockages in the duct to my house which involved digging two pits to find the problems. Adam & Jamie did a first class job and reinstated everything neatly. Fibre connection was done a couple of days later, all working fine with much better download and upload speeds.

Just had Jimmy out to do the final fix of our broadband into the house. Made a really good job of it set it all up and transferred all our devices to it. Really nice guy new what he was doing tidied up after himself and itβs working perfectly.Happy days.

We had the Garden Team 5 come out and run the cables to the property. They were really friendly and very efficient. They listened to my request on where I wanted the cable to enter the property. We havenβt had the the internet connected yet so I canβt comment on that, but the experience so far has been very positive.

What can we say! After a night stressing about where the cable could go and worrying about how it will affect the garden, Team 5 arrived and within minutes all was explained and work started. They were so polite and just got on with the job. We were amazed at how quickly the job was finished. You would never know anyone had dug a trench through our border and over the lawn. We were so pleased. They even pointed in a couple of slabs for us. Apart from a few missing weeds, which was a total bonus, the garden looks untouched. Thank you Team 5 for your haed work and making it all stress free for us. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you

Mark's Garden Team 4 arrived on the dot. Extremely polite and friendly. Walked me through the job scope and we agreed the route through the garden to my preferred csp location. Access into my garden couldn't accommodate their machine so they had to dig manually which was not easy as mostly chalk and flint under thin soil. They did a sterling job and surprisingly quick. Explained the next step in the process for the installation indoors. Very good experience.
