Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Maddie from Sales was fantastic! Very informative & matched my needs quickly. Previous resident was a Wessex customer so set up was easy. Whole process was really smooth, installer Liam was polite, tidy and ensured the service was running smoothly. Really happy with the speed and service, great to be able to be a customer of a local company where i can speak to real people within a couple of minutes
Internet speed dropped right down, sent an email late Easter Sunday night, got an email back almost immediately responding to mine, and a phone call from Ben on BH Monday morning and he managed to sort the problem out over the phone. Impressive service.
Ben in the sales team was lovely… the Garden Team were great (polite, tidy, efficient, a little bit jokey)… the indoor team were equally great (helpful, speedy, polite, tidy). Internet provision is speedy, stable and super. 5-star experience all-round. Very pleased with the switch. Richard.
Appalling customer service. My internet stopped working and was reported yesterday 17th April, it took 3 phone calls to WI before somebody finally called back, only to be told nobody could come out to look at it till 23rd April which incidentally is the same day they have planned maintenance for Hordle area. They cannot expect anyone to be without internet for 7 days. Most houses rely on the internet for TV, music, heating and other appliances and also security cameras. It is a total disgrace that a customer who is expected to pay each month on time to be treated this way.
Had the cable fitted overhead and the engineer rang to confirm placement of the cable. And the installation engineers were very polite, install was quick and explained anything we weren't sure of. Thank you
Awaiting installation this weekend, but wanted to rate Garden Team 5, who were an awesome, polite, bunch of blokes. Worked quickly and delivered clean groundwork for running of cables/infrastructure.
The team arrived on time and took considerable care to plan their work. They were courteous and helpful throughout. The job they had to do was somewhat more tricky than they had expected and therefore took more time. But there was no complaint and no compromising quality in order to get away. The job was done with a high degree of professionalism and the ground suffered minimal visual damage. Team 3 led by Matt did a great job and I am most grateful.
