Thank you to Jamie and Brandon, for doing such a good job with the garden stage of our install. They were really friendly and accomodating. You can tell they want to do the best job for the customer.

Great service from a brilliant local company! The cabling and install to the house was quick and clean The Engineers were polite and answered all our questions. Service is up and running and we are getting great speeds.
I had a problem with my router and I still do not know what the issue was but it could well have been me or the equipment itself. It mattered not because Will, from Wessex Internet, called following my report and patiently stuck at it until is was resolved. He was knowledgable, calm and pleasant throughout. What a super representative of a well loved company.
Have had Wessex Internet FTTP for a couple of years now and they have been fantastic. First issue last week and it was rapidly resolved by an engineer leaving us with even faster and smoother internet access. Very friendly, pleasant and efficient service. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
Our internet went down on Easter Saturday. On Easter Day I rand Wessex internet on the off chance someone would answer and they did! A very helpful man tried simple advice but it required a technician. I did have to wait until Tuesday because of the Bank Holidays but it was worth it. A lovely lady called Lucy went through discovering what had happened ( it was our fault! ) and talked me through putting it right. A further problem with our booster router was sorted by another technician the following day. I was so impressed by all of the technicians, especially Lucy. They showed patience and kindness and total professionalism in handling and resolving our Internet problems. I am glad we are with them.
Communication with company on a one to one level is very good. Emails and phone calls responded to very quickly. Ben came to us March 2024 and answered all my queries as I didn’t really understand what was involved. Set a date to contact us just a year later as we had just renewed our current contract. So date was set for running fibre to bungalow and then further appointment a week late for the full installation. All went well until I received notification 3 days into use that I had used almost all of my data. The following day I was over 100%I panicked a bit as I had understood it was the same as my current. I contacted them and upgraded plan to unlimited. Very helpful and very reassuring. I still have my old broadband but whilst paying that my new one is not charging me. I still have problems reaching bedrooms in bungalow even though I have TP extensions, I had hoped this would be better with this new system, but it’s early days yet. I can’t understand why they don’t have a working customer portal, I like to be able to monitor my account. I’m assured this is being developed but why not now?
Initially, our installation is not complete, the boosters provided didn’t stay paired with the router ( a known fault apparently) so we had internet in just one room of the house. Customer service was poor, they even suggested we could get a 3rd party in to ‘mesh’ our house, at our expense to make it work. Having submitted a poor review the fault was rectified almost immediately. It is a shame they weren't more proactive in contacting me to say the fault was resolved but the service performasnce of the internet is now very good.
From meeting firstly Emma Floyd the Rural Planner,the Sales Manager,GardenTeam 5,Jimmy for installation and Customer Support ( especially Lucy ) we have been impressed by the quality of the company staff including those working in our village on other properties. It is obvious that they all enjoy working for the company. Always a good sign.Thank you all.
