Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service. My internet stopped working and was reported yesterday 17th April, it took 3 phone calls to WI before somebody finally called back, only to be told nobody could come out to look at it till 23rd April which incidentally is the same day they have planned maintenance for Hordle area. They cannot expect anyone to be without internet for 7 days. Most houses rely on the internet for TV, music, heating and other appliances and also security cameras. It is a total disgrace that a customer who is expected to pay each month on time to be treated this way.
