Helen kept me updated and was beyond friendly it felt like chatting to a friend at points.
Highly recommend and would definitely use again!
Waterfords Yateley is a superb estate agency. Beth and Harry are an outstanding team who both know the market and area very well. Their assistance throughout the process, particularly liaising with solicitors, buyers and other agents, has enabled us to sell as smoothly as possible. We cannot thank them enough and wish the whole team great success in the future.
I don't usually write reviews...but feel I need to make an exception
The sale of my house completed today and I have to say a HUGE thank you to Richard Day at Waterfords, Camberley. Our situation was complicated as we are merging two households with 2 houses to sell and, whilst my sale through Waterfords was relatively straightforward, Richard was always there, keeping me informed of what was happening and really making sure that we could make the sale move along in good time and in the best interest of both parties. However, Richard was not just doing everything we would hope an estate agent would do for our sale, he also became a hughly valuable source of reason, valuable information and support with regard to our onward purchase...which has proved far from straightforward and I can't thank him enough for keeping me sane - or relatively at least, through what has been a very difficult and highly irregular experience at the hands of not just one but two other local estate agents.
Curiously when we were going through the process of looking for an estate agent to sell for us, Waterfords Camberley, were also far and away the most professional and reasonable from the word go -
I have moved so many times in my life, and never felt remotely inclined to write a positive review for an estate agent, but this is absolutely the exception. It is so refreshing to find a team who provide the service that they say they will from start to finish. Genuinely - thank you.
I wouldn't use this company again based on my experience with Camberley branch.
Tried to get a viewing booked, no phone calls just email, they finally got back to give us with a date & time. We replied agreeing to the viewing details, then... nothing. No confirmation for a few days.
We finally got an email confirmation a day before viewing. We got to the property on time and no agent was present, i had to call the branch to find out, they didn't know so they would call back. I then get a text saying your viewing has been cancelled because its now sold, no other communication.
How about trying calling your customers? I don't mind properties being sold quick its the nature of the business, but to not even call us to check and completely waste our time is not on.
We will be staying away from this company moving forward.
I use Waterfords to look after my rental property and in my dealings with Rob and Ellie I have always received great service and great attention to detail.
They are a credit to the company and I would have no hesitation in recommending Waterfords to anybody who is looking for a property management company.

I canβt recommend Ellie enough. Very helpful from start to finish. I unfortunately missed out on the first property I liked, however she kept in touch with me and sent me lots of similar/suitable properties until I found the right one. Thank you!
Wouldn't recommend Waterford. All other reviews are not legit.. They keep asking for positive reviews (and asked me as well) to win some kind of estate agent reward. Also very dishonest, people who do viewings (they know very little about the area, about the property and call airborne heating system a gas central heating and electric heating something else, shocking really). They didn't tell me a few very important thing about the property, I would never move in if I knew that! That's not the way to treat your customers. You are trying to rent out properties but make very little effort to do that.
Vetting proccess takes ages, I mean its never ending , though I have no issues with anything.
When it comes to maintenance.. If you are dealing with Fleet branch you will be dealing with Fiona.. the property maintenance manager (as she is the only one there, hence calls herself a manager), dealing with her is very difficult. Very unefficient, lazy, keeps lying and ignoring questions and she keeps contradicting herself in her emails. Lack of training or common sense or education, hard to tell. The maintenance company they use ( WHITE KNIGHT ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS ) is very poor (sister company). They are very rude, don't let them in your house! Not sure how they still operate with that kind of service and quality of work (very unprofessional). They will charge you for work they've never done (applies to landlords), the way they treat clients is a separate issue.
Stay away from Waterfords if you are a tenant or landlord.
Liam has been fantastic. He has guided me through the selling process and explained everything very clearly to me. He has always done everything he said he would. I am really pleased with Waterfords and would highly recommend them! Thank you Liam!
