Impossible to deal with
We run a business and own a small property that is let as serviced offices and virtual offices. We pay water rates to United Utilities and Everflow. Water Plus randomly started opening numerous accounts for both ourselves and our tenants, even those who do not actually occupy the property. We now have 20 to 30 separate Water Plus accounts for our one small property. It’s a joke. After endless phone calls we got nowhere just the usual “are you able to make a payment today”. We have since complained to the Ombudsman and intend to take Legal Action against Water Plus for harassment.
