I have been ordering tops/blouses from Venus for several years. They are very well made and the designs are much like those sold in clothing boutiques without the high prices. They look good and I feel great wearing them. Venus is a win-win for me.
The first time 1/2 my merchandise was missing as the box was wide open. This time I did not receive my merchandise at all. Then had to call back after they told me would get a refund and I never did receive it. Now I’m afraid to use my gift cards.
Best place to buy! Love the swimwear love the shorts love the tops love the dresses… Good quality and very comfortable. They also last a long time.
I've been a Venus shopper for over 20 years, I've even had their credit card for 10+ years. I always genuinely appreciated both the quality and price they offered. But now over the past couple years the pricing has gotten ridiculous. The price for one piece of a bikini is now more than what they used to charge for both pieces. It's gotten to where nothing is under $50 unless it's on clearance. I likely won't be shopping with them much anymore and will probably close the cc too. I know prices go up, but not like this.
I purchased a bandu top in January 2025 for a cruise in May 2025. When I wore it for the first time, there was a wire that was coming through the material. I was unable to wear the top going forward. When I called, the agent explained the 30 day policy, however, she would make an exception because of the situation She put me on hold, when she came back on the line, she explained that she would give me a credit, only on the account for future purchases. I was fine with that. As we were on the line an email came through saying they are rejecting the credit, after she had already told me she was giving the credit. Now I have a top I can no longer wear. The top was 80 dollars. I don't feel like the company values their customers. I've been with Venus for over 10 years, I have a Venus card in which I am going to cancel. I will no longer shop with Venus. BUYER BEWARE
The review is not about the clothes, but about the customer service. I submitted an order on April 27. Some of the items were meant for a wedding I am attending this weekend (May 10th). I gave myself plenty of time to get them. I contacted customer service on Sunday (a full week after I put the order in) to find out where the hell it was. 8 days on and no sign of the order shipping. What's going on? I am told they got overwhelmed with the volume of orders received from their sale. Ok, great, good for you, Venus. But how about letting the customers who placed the orders about the delay?? After an apology, I am told my order will be shipped "tomorrow" (Monday). Given the delay, I asked to have the order shipping upgraded to Express and am told that "no can't do, the order has already been submitted, we can't change it" Monday happens, still no shipping confirmation. But customer service (apologizing again) assures that it will be shipped "tomorrow" (Tuesday). No offer for some credit, upgraded shipping. I even told them if the order cannot ship Tuesday, just cancel it. I'm told "no can't do, you'll have to return the item or decline the delivery". The lack of helpfulness is beyond frustrating. Today is May 9th. My order has supposedly shipped yesterday (Wednesday!) but UPS still has not gotten possession of it. I get the order delay, but the unwillingness to offer any help or compensation for their inability to meet their own rules ("Orders placed with Standard Service shipping will ship within one business* day of order placement") is unreal. --- Update: Order finally arrived on May 16th. Almost 3 weeks after the order was placed. I'm really happy with all the items (again, I love the product, Venus, but you gotta get better customer service!), so I'll add a star.
Never again will I buy from this place. First, they do not supply a paper invoice in you package, Second, they charge $8.95 for shipping to return, Third, even though your package comes by USPS, you have to return it to a UPS store. Last, their clothes run small. Not a good place

I purchased clothes from Venus. The clothing is made with much cheaper fabric than before. They fit good but I’m not sure how many I’m actually going to keep.
Venus makes it easy to shop. The website is very easy to navigate and ordering is a simple process. The product pictures and descriptions are accurate, and the easy access to the reviews is very helpful. Most of all, the product is well made and looks as good, or better, than pictured. My order arrived very fast and in good shape.
I love Venus, I have been a customer for years. The quality and original styles are high up there. The only suggestion would be: when issuing a credit or gift certificate, it would be great to have it automatically uploaded to your online account. I forget I have them when they are sent just to email.
I have been a Venus customer for years and I can truly say this is the first time I've ever bought something and it not be true to size. I bought a wrap dress that I had been eyeing and loving for such a long time because it went on final sale only for it to arrive and be small enough for my daughter that's in single digits. I'm normally at 18/20 and I bought a 2X but this is more like a size 8. The most unfortunate part of it is I can't send it back or exchange it because it was final sale even though they have the same color and dress at full price now.

I've been a Venus customer for years. I love the styles and selection of venus fashions and always find something for every occasion. I get lots of compliments when out and about.

I have been a customer of Venus for a long time. I received a phony baloney 15.00 code from them. I went to use it the next day and it expired. I spoke to 3 customer service representatives and they said wait 48 hours and you’ll get another code. After 72 hours I called back someone named Billy was telling me I got a code for you. He put it in it didn’t work. Hesaidtomorrow it will work I’ll call you again. The next day he said we can’t help you the code is for 50.00 or more. Meanwhile it never originally said that. There phonies there. You would think after all of that I would get my discount. It was a big waste of time. The company stinks and I’m not gonna be a good customer anymore. 1 star. If there lucky
I placed an order on March 3rd for five items and only received three out five of the items . I then tried to order the jeans I wanted but they hadn’t refunded my cash back to my card . I ended up paying again and I’m hoping to receive the pants by Friday being that the original jeans were supposed to be for an event . I don’t know what’s happening with the quality of online service and shopping, but lately I’ve had trouble receiving what I paid for from most of the online retailers. The poor quality and service has got to be addressed somehow the employees are having troubles understanding the order amounts and getting the correct items shipped . Please try to provide better service or it’s looking like I’m going to stop supporting your online ordering. Thank you
Great prices and quality in addition to delivering ontime and continuing to publish a hard copy of the clothing delivered to my home. The printed pictures continue to be superior to the identical photos viewed through a web browser.
