My experience with Venus was very nice. I love the quality of the clothes. The site is user friendly. I received my items in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this merchant.

You are usually on time and when not you give a reason via email or text. The new system of how we go about returning items makes it so easy that you don’t mind taking a chance on something you’re not sure about.

I love venus! I didnt know about them until recently and I am loving everything. I got a super cute and well made sweater, and I also bought sparkly sexy new years eve dress from them I can't WAIT to wear!!! its a fun brand and pretty inexpensive. LOVE THEM!

Understand before you buy that every single item you return....even shipped together is charged 6.95...or something like that per item. So if you order 4 pairs of jeans like I did, they are going to take around 30 dollars of your money. Hell I told the customer representative that one pair I wanted to keep but they had a large flaw in them. He said just reorder them!!! So I was charged for returning a defective item, and I have to repurchase.....don't think that will happen!!! And your money isn't returned in 24 hours.

Do not get there credit card. It is awful trying to close it. They continue to bill you. Took 3 calls to customer service and still a late fee to get them off my back. Also their clothes are terrible. I see the same ones on Shein for half the price. So Shein is basically their wholesaler. It's all from China.

There sizing is all wrong, the measurements do not match their product. Their return and exchange policy is obsurd as well with their intential misleading size chart. Their customer service is a joke and does not assist with issues and makes up excuses they cant provide proof for.

I have been shopping at venus for years but this new website is hard to use then they canceled all my personal information like my wishlist. I keep attempting to order but every time I'm away from the site they take my items out of the bag. I just brought some cute stuff from Amazon instead. The return policy is stupid now. All these new rules that are supposed to make the company more money by making being a client harder reminds me of shoe dazzle. I just canceled them after like 10 years. There are too many places to buy clothes from please venus make the website easy to log in and use, leave stuff in my cart, let me run my favorites lists, up that return policy and keep selling great clothes. That's it or you will loose clients because of this site and unnecessary practices. Also telling your clients that they can reach out to customer support is laughable because why. I don't want to have to deal with you customer support to spend my money...im on to the next. You deal with customer you support, we don't want points or another program to keep up with. I just want to buy clothes.

I used to love shopping Venus. Now I get all these alerts and advertisements and cannot get into new website. Just get a blank page with new website but no access or it. Very frustrating!

Love shopping at Venus. Probably my favorite site fife clothing and swim. Great prices, especially with sales. Clothes are usually very well made with consistent sizing. Rarely have an issue. Very satisfied.

I got scammed into signing up into a subscription to Venus unlocked, and wasn’t even aware that I did until a year later . I hadn’t even heard of Venus unlocked. Until I noticed a $18.55 charge on my credit card . I hardly buy anything off of Venus ,and would never get use out of a subscription that cost almost $20.00 a month just to save 10% on a $50.00 item . It makes no sense. So in other words It cost me over $200.00 to save $5.00 .😠. Be careful when you buy off of Venus ,because ,I truly feel scammed .

He was helpful as far as the happy returns and the credit into my venus wallet. He assured me the 40% off I had in my cart would be valid the next day so I could use my credit towards the purchase. It expired that night so I was unable to use my credit and place my order. Not happy.

DO NOT use their credit card. They will make fraudulent charges to steal your money. I used to like Venus, but am done with them. Not to mention, you can't speak to anyone in customer service in the USA so it's a big runaround mess.

I've been a Venus customer for over 15 years and used to purchase their clothes almost every other month. For the past at least 5 years the clothes are not appealing. I made a couple of purchases but no more than $100 when I used to spend way more than that because I loved the selections. The selections now are awful. I don't know what happened and why there has been such an extreme change in fashion styles. If it's the buyer of the company, they need to be replaced with someone who has taste in women's clothing. Today's date is marked as the experience but it's been going on for years.

First, I’d like to say I’ve been buying clothes from Venus for roughly 20 years. I’ve always had a great experience with the quality of clothes as well as the fit excluding a couple of items here or there that might’ve not fit exactly how I’d like them. I placed an order to Venus a couple months ago and the items did not fit how I liked so I returned them. Venus has always had a free return policy until just recently they’re charging almost $12 to return an item. First they say it’s $8.99 but then they say it was a promotional shipping so they charge you additional money for a return. Shame on me because last time when I ordered, I said that was it. I’ll never order from Venus again, but silly me I forgot. I just had another order deliver from them and need to return the items. Their quality of clothes used to be amazing. I still have dresses from years ago that I wear and still get tons of compliments on that. They have held up well and look just as good as the day that I bought them. However, these last two orders and more specifically this last one, the quality of items is HORRID. The dresses that I got do not fit over my chest and I actually ordered a size up. Their sizing is way off the quality the seams the fit is all trash lately. Their dresses now remind me of the clothes, my teenage daughter orders from SHEIN. THIS IS VERY DISAPPOINTING FROM VENUS. I WILL NO LONGER BE ORDERING CLOTHES FROM THEM AS THEY CHANGED SOMETHING THAT THEY’RE DOING OR THEIR MANUFACTURING COMPANY AND IT’S SOME OF THE WORST CLOTHING THAT I’VE EVER SEEN COME FROM THIS COMPANY. Extremely disappointed as a longtime customer.
