I ordered a bracelet from this company as I have been buying from another for a few years but the red paint comes off quickly. I haven't had this one long enough to see what happens but I am really disappointed at the quality of the chain. It looks really cheap. I know it's not an expensive item but it is like something that you would get out of a Christmas cracker. Will not be purchasing from them again.
I bought a bracelet May 5 in Ontario,received the bracelet May 30. The bracelet is just 1 link too tight although I ordered the size suggested. I cannot wear the bracelet. I called back to see if there was an option to get a link sent to me or have a new link put in.
The option was to send me a new bracelet at a replenishment cost plus shipping costs, which would be almost as much as the original bracelet cost me. Terrible customer service as far as I am concerned.
Will now look for another site to buy from.
Bought my husband a bracelet in January and he has had it for about a month and the clasp broke. I reached out to the company for help and they said that there was nothing they could do. I spent 80 on a bracelet and now it cant be worn. Shame on this company for the poor customer service they gave me. STAY AWAY!
If you have a Nickel allergy don’t buy these products. I bought the silver bracelet and had engraved Highly allergic to Nickel.
Worn for one hour and had a severe reaction with blisters.
Surely they would have contacted me to let me know that their product had nickel it.
Very disappointed no one contacted me to let me know so I didn’t go ahead with the order.
A waste of $185 for me.
Do not buy from this Company. Bracelet did not arrive, asked for a refund, never came. Emailed twice more to eventually be told they only process refunds on a Friday!!! Today is Tuesday!! It would then take 5 days to process. Not good enough, appalling Customer Service and Business Practice
NO customer service- good at fobbing customers off
My chain was great. Just what I needed. However my husband’s chain has still not been sorted. We ordered both at the beginning of January. My husband’s chain was 2” too short. I emailed the company and the reply said that the chain was 2” shorter than I had ordered but that it was the wrong chain. I checked and it was a different chain. They said that “on this occasion” they would send one that was the correct size. We are now at the beginning of February and it still has not been received. I would definitely NOT use this company again as every time I have contacted them I get “fobbed off”!
The replacement chain has now arrived on the 6th February!
Engraving on medical tag disappeared after about 3-4 months. UM did agree to re-engrave but again it has disappeared after about 4 months. So I'm left with a bracelet and tag which I bought for medical emergency but this is futile now without the information on the tag. The bracelet and tag are not that pretty to wear as jewellery. So what to do next?
Very poor, broke after 5 days and despite signing them for receipt of the bangle over 3 weeks ago still telling me to wait for a refund. Service is awful, quality awful, I would not recommend at all.
Pleased with my bracelet although a little pricey, disappointed that the engraving is silver coloured and difficult to read, posting is very slow and customer service doesn’t respond.
I paid over 80 pounds for a sterling silver classic red bracelet when it eventually arrived , after a very short time the engraving seemed to become less visible and also it seemed like there was a layer of something over the top of the engraving that was crazing cracking flaking and lifting.
And really Not good quality I had to return at my own expense registered post which was nearly 7 pounds to have it redone .
when I receive it when I received after some weeks I had someone else's bracelet the company even though I suggested if they give me an envelope paid for to return I would They did not want it back and promised to get me another bracelet out ASAP, this took some weeks or so .
After just a couple of days wear part of 1 word looks grey and dull already already making it less visible.
And this top player again appears to be lifting and crazing again which apparently is a rodium layer put over the top of the ingraving on silver items.
I would never buy from this company again and do not recommend them for these items, really long winded process and inferior quality and manufacture not a good experience have given up withv it now.
will go back to the company I had used for 40 odd years who make good quality engraved jewellery but only reason went elsewhere is the subscription and having to have medical records on their file.
Shoddy poor quality jewellery one thing particularly annoying o can't find anyway to leave feedback or my own review on their site despite there being many reviews?

There is no way l can get the bracelet extended after paying more than 30 pounds for it.
Someone had for back to me about the purchase, but l have mislaid the email.
