Wish I had read reviews before ordering

I ordered a bracelet from this company as I have been buying from another for a few years but the red paint comes off quickly. I haven't had this one long enough to see what happens but I am really disappointed at the quality of the chain. It looks really cheap. I know it's not an expensive item but it is like something that you would get out of a Christmas cracker. Will not be purchasing from them again.

Poor customer service

I bought a bracelet May 5 in Ontario,received the bracelet May 30. The bracelet is just 1 link too tight although I ordered the size suggested. I cannot wear the bracelet. I called back to see if there was an option to get a link sent to me or have a new link put in. The option was to send me a new bracelet at a replenishment cost plus shipping costs, which would be almost as much as the original bracelet cost me. Terrible customer service as far as I am concerned. Will now look for another site to buy from.

Terrible Customer Service

Bought my husband a bracelet in January and he has had it for about a month and the clasp broke. I reached out to the company for help and they said that there was nothing they could do. I spent 80 on a bracelet and now it cant be worn. Shame on this company for the poor customer service they gave me. STAY AWAY!

If you have a Nickel allergy don’t buy…

If you have a Nickel allergy don’t buy these products. I bought the silver bracelet and had engraved Highly allergic to Nickel. Worn for one hour and had a severe reaction with blisters. Surely they would have contacted me to let me know that their product had nickel it. Very disappointed no one contacted me to let me know so I didn’t go ahead with the order. A waste of $185 for me.

do not buy from this company

my bracelet was $100. I wore it for a day and it gave me a horrible rash on my wrist. I am scarred now from the blisters. The bracelet is fake I called customer service to get my money back and Korrine on the phone harrased me, called me names, yelled at me, and did not help. She refused to give my money back and said that there is a NO REFUND POLICY The bracelet looks really cheap.

I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought a bracelet from this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID Also Hayley from customer services couldn't even work out a telephone number starting +44. Jess the other doesn't know how to email customers. Apparently all the conversations are recorded I wish I had the recordings!!! Such a great get out clause having to speak to head office in the USA. ARGHHHHHHHHHH £100 wasted

Avoid

Very poor customer services and the fact that the uk customer service line can’t help you with anything. I had to wait for the United States to respond to my complaint. Back and forth with emails and was told I can’t have a refund and it was their right as a company to refuse. Waste of Money and time trying to sort the issue. Do not use this company.

Poor Quality and No Refund as Promised

I paid $170 for a bracelet and it tarnished the first week. I was told I would get a refund. I never did and they don't respond to my e-mails anymore.

Poor quality materials

Poor quality materials, priced for top quality. A bracelet that should be worn all the time turned out to be a bracelet that only stays looking good essentially if you don't wear it. I've never heard of a bracelet worn for medical reasons that needed to be taken off just to wash your hands. After 3 weeks looks like crap! Beware of cheap overpriced product.

Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish. Do not buy from this company. Spent £100 on a sterling silver bracelet that looked like a 50p piece of scrap after just one day. Several emails followed and I asked for refund as per my statutory rights as obviously inferior faulty goods and not forthcoming. Very unhelpful. Waste of my £100

Rip off.

Ordered my item, paid £5 for a quick turn around time 3-5 days, paid £10 for 48hr delivery (2 business days) I know £10!! I needed it quick. Anyhow they dispatched the item after 3 days, but they seem to think that still leaves them 4 business to get it to me? I explained to them I paid £10 delivery so whenever it was dispatched I should receive it 2 business days later? They said no and would not return my extra postage, this company dispatches your items quickly so they don’t have to send them 48 hr courier, so they rip off customers for £10 a pop with this scam, go elsewhere or take the free postage.. DO NOT PAY THE £10 EXTRA, ITS JUST DEAD MONEY.

Disappointing Quality & Poor Design

Very disappointed with this one. Good choice online & arrived within a week. I went for a modern football style necklace but it's very thin metal and the front is rubber stuck onto metal. The engraving has no contrast so can't read it easily at all, impossible in bright light. The chain was hard to open and there's a bad design to the ring which is the same orientation as the disc, instead of being at a 45 degree angle which would allow the pendant to sit flat on my skin. Overall really disappointed. Luckily ordered another item from a rival company which was sturdy, better quality & with contrast colour engraving which is super easy to read. It sits flat so is super comfy. Sorry but I will be wearing that one & can't recommend the football pendant from this company.
