The installer arrived on time - was helpful, polite & friendly - he explained everything - listened to & answered our questions - completed the work on time & left the our location as if he'd never been there. What a lovely Company. Ticks all the right boxes. Founded 30 or so years ago by their father, and now at the helm are Sarah and Andrew (son and daughter). I dealt with Sarah initially, and we both agreed upon a deal to move forward. Installation day, and Pete arrived. The old installation, about 12 years ago, was not up to standard. Pete transformed the plumbing with his installation, and what a lovely chap he is, with decades of experience. I am delighted with my experience with this Company and wholeheartedly recommend them to any potential purchasers.

Purchased a water softener system, water filter, and three way tap from UKWS, and we are delighted with the results. Sarah provided a quick response to my initial call, and gave me a thorough explanation of what was involved and the outcomes we could expect. Peter came to fit the system the next week, and provided a very professional plumbing service - the complex plumbing under our sink was much tidier after he finished. We are all now enjoying the benefits of softer water in our household, and enjoy the filtered water - we don’t buy bottled water anymore! Highly recommended.

The overall service provided by UK Water Softeners relating to the sale and installation of a new TwinTec Water Softener was very Professional. The sales visit was concise, clear and provided all the information requested and details of the options available, resulting in a quotation for the supply and installation of the Water Softener of our choice. Following on, a date was agreed for the installation and this was conducted by a very competent engineer.Conducting the installation with minimal fuss and intrusion. Overall it was a pleasing experience dealing with this Company.

UK Water Softeners are an excellent family run business, who were very professional, provided several different options and recommended which would be best for my home. They also swapped out the tablet bags I had with a complimentary set of salt block packs, which was great to get me going! What stood out the most was they also gave a mini PowerPower point presentation when they arrived about the business and this helped solidify their professionalism and respect for the buyer's decision making. I couldn't recommend them enough! 5* !
