Twigby it doesnt get any worse
I checkmy speeds constantly and not only are they inbareable theyre criminally slow.avg speed is .37 mega bits per second.thats correct bits not bytes.they advertise around 4 megabytes.thats 12 x slower.they continually drop internet connection for no apparent reason causing you to have to re establish amongst other games.then to add insult to injury they subtract false amounts of data anywhere up to 12 times as much by my records.they promise credit never to be seen and the customer service is absolutely pitiful.if you doubt me just read more reviews.stay clear of these crooks!

Excellent customer service. Great prices.
I’ve used Twigby for many years now and am very satisfied with their service and fair pricing. The customer care service cannot be beat. Without exception, I’ve received fast, accurate feedback and instruction for any number of questions. I’ve just brought my own iPhone (unlocked) to Twigby, and the customer care representative stayed on the chat until I got it completely set up. Really appreciate that kind of service.

Several things are right at Twigby
Several things are right at Twigby. The website works well. The process of signing up makes sense and works. Porting was hassle free. When I did use chat the representatives were knowledgeable, friendly, understood what I was asking, and gave me accurate and useful answers. 5 stars for customer support! Only thing I miss is Wifi calling. Maybe in the future?

The initial sign up seemed very complicated, I had to run through it at least 6 times to complete. The customer service chat people were helpful but still it wasn't easy to do. I am very happy with the actual phone service. Uses Verizon network, reliable and inexpensive.
