I checkmy speeds constantly and not only are they inbareable theyre criminally slow.avg speed is .37 mega bits per second.thats correct bits not bytes.they advertise around 4 megabytes.thats 12 x slower.they continually drop internet connection for no apparent reason causing you to have to re establish amongst other games.then to add insult to injury they subtract false amounts of data anywhere up to 12 times as much by my records.they promise credit never to be seen and the customer service is absolutely pitiful.if you doubt me just read more reviews.stay clear of these crooks!
I’ve used Twigby for many years now and am very satisfied with their service and fair pricing. The customer care service cannot be beat. Without exception, I’ve received fast, accurate feedback and instruction for any number of questions. I’ve just brought my own iPhone (unlocked) to Twigby, and the customer care representative stayed on the chat until I got it completely set up. Really appreciate that kind of service.
Each person I spoke to online was very polite and helpful. They were able to troubleshoot and help me get to a solution.

TWIGBY has been amazing! I have used it for almost three years. My whole family uses it. Can’t beat the prices!!
Prices are lower than other plans. I have my grandchildren on these plans. When I need to order a new phone or have customer service issues, I always get quick, professional service.
Twigby tech support was able to advise me how to fix an issue with my iPhone, an issue that no one at T-mobile tech was able to correct, even after several hours of suggestions via phone calls. My phone works great now so I give 5 stars.
Had chat and thought all was completed, waited a few days and went on chat again to find out that I had been left hanging in the wind, now my time was up for an easy exchange, quoted $15.00 so I said OK, chatter came back with $27.00, I had two say OK, today is 12/5 still no return authorization Don Anderson 88819
