Ripped and stained - no communication from TVBeds
Our bed arrived (which is lovely) however had stains and rip in the fabric. They sent an engineer out who was shocked at the state of the bed and said the ripped part of the fabric would need replacing- this wasn’t something he could do on the day. He said he’d write a report… it’s now been 2 weeks and we are yet to hear back from TV Beds in regards to a solution for this. Overall, a negative experience however the bed itself (if no stains or rips) is lovely. Very disappointed to have paid £1000+ on a bed to be left with stains and rips.
