Do not reply to emails ordered items had an email saying order been received and nothing else, no delivery no tracking info, called them they apologised saying it was back logged and the issue was resolved and order on way.

Excellent service from this company.

Excellent service. Very efficient. Unfortunately the delivery company which they use is inefficient and left my parcel a mile from my house although they had been given my what3words location and a photo of my house. If TV Village would use a different, more efficient, delivery company I would have rated them with five stars.

19” Cello Smart TV

We ordered a 19” Cello TV it arrived it 2 days unfortunately it had a cracked screen . The box was in damaged so can only assume it was either packed that way or it encountered some rough handling along the way. Contacted TV-Village and after supplying some photos of the screen damage of the box I received an email of apology and that a replacement was on its way . This duly arrived in 2 days too. Highly recommend TV village for their customer service

i ordered a tv from these people and…

i ordered a tv from these people and they sent my parcel with dpd now you can request for the driver to leave it in a safe place so i did,i asked them to leave it by my front door and i would take full responsibility should it go astray.the driver came right up to my front door.didnt knock just left straight away.now im old and i nedd time to get to door but he didnt follow instructions to leave it by my door but took it to matalans instead where i was supposed to go to pick it up,you couldnt make it up,im housebound i can hardly walk so no chance of getting to matalan.the staff at call center were patronising and spoke to me as if it was all my fault.they said they would reschedule but i didnt want the risk of getting the same dipstick delivering my parcel back to matalan.rude staff.bad service so i cancelled
