Do not reply to emails ordered items had an email saying order been received and nothing else, no delivery no tracking info, called them they apologised saying it was back logged and the issue was resolved and order on way.

The company provided a TV with integrated DVD player of quality very swiftly. when I requested a customer guide book I was referred to the supplier - Cello - and they were just as helpful.
