Worked with TTNC for over a decade and only recently started using their VoIP services. I must say they really over deliver with this service - it was much easier to setup as expected, and at affectively £6 a user, it's much cheaper than alternatives and works very well. Great company to work with, would highly recommend.

Quick , easy and always helpful
I contacted the company on 9 January by email and followed up on 13 January, eventually logging the job via the portal. Despite multiple chasers and being advised that someone would be in touch, the matter was still unresolved 10 days later. Unfortunately, the delays made it unsuitable for a time-sensitive requirement, and I proceeded with another provider. This is disappointing, as I have previously found their service to be efficient.

I've been with TTNC almost 14 years and have always enjoyed smooth, hassle-free service at reasonable prices. Recently I made an error with my renewal; and after explaining my mistake to TTNC, asked for their assistance and understanding. Katie was very professional and agreed to investigate. Happily she solved the problem for me, and I am very grateful 🙏🏻
Happy with the service and support I have received so far. I was not able to call and speak to a human however Katie did call back and set my forwarding up quickly

Katie Mulcahy gave me an excellent service, this morning with my enquiries to porting a number, and she tried particularly hard to contact me after I missed her calls a number of times. TTNC colleagues go above and beyond to help you, and the fact is this hour target to do so I’ve never come across before with an organisation only wish more companies for the suit where possible.
Really good company who we have been with for the past 13 years with no problems at all. We use phone number and voicemail service and the team are always really helpful.
Had a number of issues trying to contact TTNC/logging in which seems to be virtually impossible, so by the time I heard from Lauren she really had her work cut out because I was thoroughly unhappy. However she was great, resolved all my issues, and improved the service I was receiving by pointing out additional features I didn't know I had on my plan. Excellent service, thanks again Lauren for sorting everything.

My business was a customer of TTC for many years but, as others on this forum have reported, they surreptitiously added a service to our account for "dark web monitoring" that we never requested. Only after almost a year when we noticed that we had been paying for this were we able to cancel it. They claimed to have sent us an email but we received so many emails that it's hard to keep up with them all. For me, the key principle here is they shouldn't have added a service without us formally requesting it. Adding it and then expecting us to opt out if we didn't want it he's not a decent way to do business and so we have closed our account with TTNC and moved to one of their rivals.
