Long Response Times for Time-Sensitive Work
I contacted the company on 9 January by email and followed up on 13 January, eventually logging the job via the portal. Despite multiple chasers and being advised that someone would be in touch, the matter was still unresolved 10 days later. Unfortunately, the delays made it unsuitable for a time-sensitive requirement, and I proceeded with another provider. This is disappointing, as I have previously found their service to be efficient.
