The travel department had every thing arranged with no delays so well organised. The tour guide was excellent so informative and extremely nice Claudia . The only problem was sitting at the same table every night you did not get to know all the other guests as there was 50
Lake Como - Great holiday
Our second holiday with Travel Department as we knew from previous experience, that from the moment of booking you can relax and know everything is taken care of. A leisurely 7 night holiday with 3 leisure days. The included tours were excellent and our guide Carol looked after us very well. Hotel Bazzoni was comfortable and we enjoyed the half board meals. We had a balcony facing the lake and enjoyed watching the activity on the lake. Would recommend Travel Department for a holiday to Lake Como.

Vietnam highlights. Just home October 23 Fantastic trip . Cheung our tour guide was incredible, very knowledgeable, ever helpful and invariably cheerful.Hotels very good. I would heartily recommend this trip . Quite a lot of walking, varied weather buy a waterproof coat locally, and extra shoes needed.Emirate airlines very unhelpful re sitting arrangements. Only downside to a marvellous experience.

A memorable and thoroughly enjoyable holiday
Our recent Classical Rhine Cruise booked with the Travel Department was a most enjoyable experience. A number of factors combined to make it so memorable . The itenerary was well thought out with daily interesting ports of call and made all the better by having very nice weather which allowed us to sit on deck enjoying the lovely countryside along the course of the river . We were fortunate to have had a lovely mix of fellow passengers , and an excellent guide from the Travel Department . We were equally fortunate with the top class accommodation ,service and outstanding dining experience provided on board the cruise ship.
