Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.
Our needs were taking into careful consideration. Great advise and guidance & on hand to answer any queries we had. Would definately recommend.

Lucy Moss, our travel counsellor, was absolutely fantastic. Our brief was an all-inclusive family holiday somewhere warm, suitable for a family with a toddler, ideally flying from a local airport. Lucy sought out the best options that she had investigated extensively and we settled on Ikos Porto Petro, where we had the best time! Everything was organised, from flights to transfers, suitable hotel room with our request for a bed guard for our little one and child’s step in the bathroom and the like. Lucy added her personal touches, such as a children’s travel activity pack and welcome message at the resort, checking in with us when we had arrived to ensure everything was as wished. We will most definitely use Lucy Moss with Travel Counsellors again!

When I started thinking about how to get my parents to Lourdes for their special 50th wedding anniversary trip, there wasn’t anyone else other than Claire who I wanted to work with. Claire’s passion, energy and customer first approach always shines through and at times I was a little indecisive but she always showed patience and support. From the very start we felt confident that this holiday under the guidance of Kevin Akers would be a great success. We had plenty of information about the boat, the route, prices and flight availability which made our final choice simple . We had an amazing time, superb boat with an incredible crew providing first class service- food (and drink) was plentiful and snacks were available if required. Kevin regularly checked to make sure all arrangements were ok and even checked us in for our flights- over and above what we expected . We will be back !!!!

We used Karen Thornton to book our second trip to Antalya. Karen was extremely helpful and very patient with us whilst we worked out dates, requirements and budget. Karen is always on hand to deal with any questions and responds immediately. As fairly inexperienced travellers it gives us so much confidence to have Karen on the end of the phone to deal with any worried.
