Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.
Our needs were taking into careful consideration. Great advise and guidance & on hand to answer any queries we had. Would definately recommend.

Georgina Staines was our travel counsellor and she was just amazing! Tailored our trip exactly how we wanted it and was happy to make any amendments that we required. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond to make our trip perfect! Also a big shout out to Katherine Coetzee who was there to help in Georgina's absence. Fantastic Holiday to Magic Tropical Splash, Booked Seamlessly Through Tess Stuber, Travel Counsellor! We recently returned from a fantastic family holiday at Magic Tropical Splash in Finestrat, Benidorm, and we couldn't be happier with our experience, especially thanks to Tess Stuber, our Travel Counsellor! Tess made the booking process incredibly seamless, allowing us to enjoy a truly wonderful trip. The resort's pool and slides were a huge hit, offering endless fun for all ages with thrilling options and dedicated splash areas, all safely overseen by lifeguards. The all-inclusive offering was superb, with excellent food variety and quality at the Caribbe Buffet, complemented by convenient snack bars and food trucks throughout the day. We particularly appreciated the selection of branded drinks available. Overall, Magic Tropical Splash delivered an outstanding holiday experience with its fantastic facilities, delicious food, comfortable accommodation, and attentive service. We are already looking forward to returning in 2026, and we extend our sincere thanks to Tess Stuber for her expertise and for arranging such a memorable getaway including the special assistance at the airport! We have booked a couple of holidays with Michelle Wilson now and wouldn't want to book another one without her! She takes away all the stress and hassle of booking a holiday. It's great to know when you are travelling with small children that everything has been thought of and pre-planned before you go away ... and you haven't had to do any of it! As always, Jayne took all the stress and hassle out of booking a holiday. This time to El Rompido, Spain, a week to try out a hotel holiday as we usually book a private villa. Our list of essentials for Jayne was ridiculous and she met pretty much all of them - after we eventually decided on the type of holiday we wanted! Jayne must have the patience of a saint and not once made us feel like the pain in the neck we must be! We will be in touch again soon for our next trip away and this time we’ll try not to move the goalposts half way through the process. Thanks Jayne.

Booking with Nicole and Gary could not have been easier, initial quotations were expertly laid out and easy to understand and we asked for quite a few too, which was not a problem. The whole process went smoothly from end-to-end, we could even decide on our own repayment plan. We are already asking for a quote for 2026 - would not hesitate to recommend!

Our experience with Stephanie Rea from Travel Counsellors was first class from start to finish. I highly recommend using her to book any trip. We were dying for a holiday but felt overwhelmed trying to find the perfect location, flights, transfers, and accommodation. After one phone call and chatting through what type of holiday we wanted to experience, Stephanie went away and came back with a few options for us to look at. Once we chose our destination (Rhodes) she then presented us with a few hotels to choose from and within a week we had a holiday booked with all aspects sorted in one go. She was friendly, funny, and really listened to what we were interested in in order to find the perfect location for us, which turned out, she did! A couple of months before our holiday the hotel we were due to stay at notified us that there would be extensive renovation work taking place in the area of the hotel and offered us the opportunity to move location. It was worrying to learn this but within a few hours, Stephanie had found us two new hotels in Rhodes offering the same dates and the problem was quickly sorted at no extra cost or hardship to us. Plus I feel the need to mention that Stephanie sorted all of this on a Sunday morning which is just a testament to the kind of person she must be! Our new hotel, location and whole holiday was just brilliant and it is all because Stephanie is clearly very good at what she does. We will definitely be booking with her again, and again!
