Bert was exceptionally helpful as always in helping us arrange our short notice trip to Disney Orlando. The accommodation in All Stars Music was perfect for our needs. The meal plan (used alongside the Disney bookings app) and private airport transfers made everything easy. Thank you Bert!
Our Travel Counellor, Cara had booked exactly what I requested including transport to and from the airport and the hotel. My Grandson and I had only one week in Malta but because the Plaza Hotels are situated on the sea front and with local bus stops very nearby we were able to enjoy swimming in the sea, a few minutes walk away, travel to many of the "must see "sights by bus, watch and enjoy a local Festa and have pleasant walks along the wide, clean promenades on the sea front. We both had a very interesting and enjoyable holiday in Malta.It is reassuring knowing that Travel Counsellors can often make recommendations based on personal knowledge and experience.
Our needs were taking into careful consideration. Great advise and guidance & on hand to answer any queries we had. Would definately recommend.

Megan Gilsenan was our travel consultant and I could not be more pleased with our wedding travel plans! She took considerable time and effort making sure she knew what we wanted and was always so gracious and patient (I’m prone to changing my mind!) My partner and I are getting married abroad next year and as well as sorting flights, airport lounge and car hire, Megan has found a perfect hotel for our honeymoon, as well as taking care of all the finer points. We can’t wait to go now! I highly recommend using her for all your travel needs and will definitely use her again.
Suzanna has been amazing from the second I messaged her. Having exhausted my usual avenues to try and find a good holiday deal (I’m usually a great bargain hunter) I messaged Sooz and straight away she was firing options over (bear in mind, this was the middle of the night!!). She ended up saving me £300+ on the EXACT holiday I was going to book directly. AMAZING!!!!! Will be using Sooz for every holiday I book in the future, including our company team holidays! From start to finish, our family holiday to Egypt was fantastic, thanks to Charlotte Lock, personal Travel Counselor We had given Charlotte a wish list of important features that we were looking for - this was our first longer holiday abroad and the first plane trip for the children, so we were determined to make the most of it. Nothing was too much trouble for Charlotte and she offered us several fantastic hotel options to look through. The hotel we chose was brilliant, and had everything we hoped for and more. Our children loved all the activities, the pools & slides and the funfair! For us adults, the room options were brilliant, as Charlotte had helped us choose a suite which had space & privacy for us all. The food was fantastic, which was something Charlotte had taken special care to research & provide reassurance with. We all had the best time as the details had been taken care of by Charlotte, and we will be back to her to book another trip for next year!
My travel councillor Hayley Roberts was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. From start to finish the process of booking, paying and everything prior to travelling was seamless with all of the mundane tasks taken care of by Hayley. On the day of travel, Emma was in regular contact, keeping me updated when flight delays occurred and even taking the initiative to contact the hotel to advise them of our late arrival—something that made a big difference after a long and tiring journey. She also sent through all boarding passes and continued to check in during my trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. That personal touch and genuine care throughout the experience really stood out. Emma’s support turned a good holiday into a great one. I wouldn’t hesitate to book through her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a stress-free, well-organised travel experience.
