Disaster! Paint everywhere.
When placing an order for delivery, it was not clear from the order confirmation that the delivery would be made in two parts. Therefore when my first item arrived I asked the driver if there was another item and he said "no". I then had notification that the second item, a tin of paint, would be delivered by Parcelforce who failed in their first attempt to deliver as they could not find my address. The following day Parcelforce delivered the paint, but left it on my doorstep with the "This way up" arrows horizontal. This meant the paint tin was not upright and the paint leaked out of the plastic can making a total mess in the box and on my doorstep. Not happy! The whole point of ordering for delivery was that the paint was not available at my local Toolstation. I wish I'd gone to B&Q now.

Ordered paint and sanding pads and within a few minutes an email back to say ready for collection and the prices was the best I could find also picked up and back home within 20 minutes and back on with the job.
