I BOUGHT THE WRONG ONE
The txt to say the item i ordered on line arrived within 10 minutes. Alas I had made a mistake and ordered the wrong item. Toolstation accepted the return and refunded me without question so i am confident that they will provide good custoner service.

Great Service from the staff at Pontypool branch. Needed a glass cutter and they were just closing but stayed to serve me. Great customer service. Very rare these days
