Easy internet order
Made an internet order and paid by Paypal which was so easy. Collected an hour later, but when I got home I realised that I had ordered the wrong item. Took it back the next day and I had an immediate refund back to my Paypal account. Such good service and staff in Cardiff store always helpful.

On Friday I went to my local Toolstation and I needed a fishing rod urgent so I ordered one at the store and payed extra for delivery so I can come and collect it the next day, I come in the next day to collect it and the guy at the counter tells me my orders coming on Monday. Why didn't you guys tell me that at the start then?!!
