Hannah did exactly what I needed.

Friendly dentist and dental nurse, who put me at my ease every time. Appointments run consistently to time which is so helpful. I’m an NHS patient so pay standard NHS rates. All forms can be done on-line in advance and the practice send regular text reminders plus an in-person telephone call reminder the day before which must help with no shows and keeping appointments to time. An all round very good service.

Together Dental in Sheringham is where the best dentist, imo, works. His name is Mathew. I am an old woman of 78, very nervous of dentists till I started with Mathew. He is a man of few words, but kind and considerate, highly professional and efficient. Most of my teeth are just about hanging in there thanks to him, and those that have given up the struggle have been replaced successfully. I am an NHS patient.

The new dentist me and daughter saw yesterday was very thorough and provided lots of advice and knowledge. The appointment didn’t feel rushed, and after 20 years the only dentist who has taken my wisdom tooth pain seriously and suggested a referral for extraction if I wanted.

My daughter wanted to give 5 star for her visit today because she loved her experience

Excellent service

I needed a sharp tooth filing down and managed to get an appointment within a few days. The lady who performed this was very gentle and managed to get it as smooth as she could without damaging the tooth. This has occurred because I had the tooth next to it removed a couple of weeks ago and this remaining tooth was catching on my cheek. She said I will adjust to this eventually.

Katrina did a very thorough job as usual, and spent a long time working on my teeth.i would recommend without hesitation.

I was overcharged for a dental procedure and gave a poor review, but subsequently they asked me in for a talk where they explained that due to a software mistake they had charged me twice for something. Everything was resolved most amicably. I appreciate their attempts to correct an error - and that they were open to my suggestion to show future customers a costing and timeline flow chart, to help them understand these details when they first enquire about a complex procedure (an implant in this case). Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but it is how you deal with things AFTER a mistake, that separates out the good from the bad....Therefore this a good follow-up review.
