The dentist and dental nurse who did my wisdom tooth extraction were very good, clearly they work well together and had a good rapport, so they were pleasant to deal with. The tooth was impacted, quite deep and in an awkward place on my upper right side. The numbing was done really well and wasn't as uncomfortable or painful as you might expect. Despite the tooth being awkwardly positioned, the extraction itself was very quick and pretty much painless, just some strong pressure as it was being removed. The whole appointment was no more than 20 minutes, can't believe I didn't do it sooner! It's been about 24 hours and no obvious issues so far. The admin staff are also pretty friendly and easy to deal with at the practice, no issues there either. Dental problems can be really stressful so I'm glad that the practice operates safely and effectively. My only complaint would be the lack of an accessible bathroom as it's on the 1st floor.

I had the first stage of a Dental Crown and although not a comfortable procedure, it was done with skill and care ..... definitely recommend this practice !

They are wonderful and help me. I have poor sight. They r polite and clear. Although they had an equipment malfunction they dealt without fuss

I am a dreadful dental patient - very, very nervous and hate being there. I needed an extraction, which was overdue. Jessica, at Downham Market Together, was absolutely brilliant! Completely understood my fears, used numbing gel for the anaesthetic and only a little bit of top up injection, and comforted me when I burst into tears, when she asked me 'what's been going on, what's the problem' (a lot going on and a lot of problems). She is the only dentist I've been to in nearly 70 years who actually made me laugh - a lot! I can't recall the name of her dental nurse assistant but she was lovely too. I asked if Jessica has space to take on new patients - sadly she hasn't, but I'll keep trying! Fabulous service.

Appointment took place in a timely fashion. All staff were professional and helpful. The actual treatment room I used I thought looked a bit tired in comparison to the overall look of the rest of the practice. (A box of gloves was being used to keep the window open.)

Great service from reception through to treatment. I had 3 teeth extracted and the dentist talked me through the whole procedure and gave me thorough after care advice.

Fantastic dentist , treated with kindness and respect no matter is your a nhs patient or private , it’s the same caring service , quick appointments and treatment and everything fully explained in a professional manner .

Dentist did not gain consent from either of my children or myself before using fluoride varnish. Not much interaction with kids, small talk. No health promotion advice around brushing, my teen takes more notice of dentist than me. Requested different Dentist for next appt. In and out swift, we are NHS, wonder if so quick with private patients.

I was very disappointed this time. I was seen by a different dentist who spent little time examining my teeth - no brief cleaning like I used to get. The entire session took less than 10 minutes. It felt like they just wanted me to be out of the way!I hope to be assigned a different dentist next time.

Broke a tooth that left a sharp edge, my dentist fitted me in the following day and rebuilt the tooth, he also found an infection in the tooth and gave me anti biotics

friendly receptionists. Hygenist very friendly and throughout my appointment reassured me what she going to do and gave me a progress update from previous appointments, very encouraging. Professional throughout.

Sheila is an absolutely brilliant dentist,and always gives 100%care to me and and I am sure to all her patients. A really huge act to follow but knowing this practice ,all the dentists are completely professional and caring. Thank you.

Hygienist team were courteous, considerate and efficient I am very satisfied.I have a nice clean set of teeth and I hope to keep them so. Highly recommended thanks.
