This time it was an overdue appointment with the Hygienist at Together Dental Hellesdon practice. Great experience with a full and clear explanation of what was being done and why. Followed by future action required. Very clear and friendly. Can’t think of any improvement that could be made that’s in their control. Keep up the great work…👍🏼

Communication was great. Service was great from everyone. I have a real fear of dentist but fro the very start I was put at ease. Throughout the treatment the dentist/surgeon and nurse were so calming, informative and professional. I would highly recommend the whole team.

Son had tooth extraction with A.Pashova, incredibly friendly, reassuring and all staff seem very efficient.
I just feel rushed when I go. I do have bad teeth but dentist doesn't explain anything and I am literally in the chair for one minute. He said back teeth will.have to come out eventually let me know when your ready.

Dr Karania was absolutely the best and nicest dentist I have ever seen. She explained everything bit by bit, any questions I had she answered, she was so polite, constantly asking if I was OK during the surgery. Although it was painful she was the best person to do it and made it as easy as possible. 10/10 would highly recommend, absolutely lovely dental nurse too!

Dr. Pooja Capoor is an exceptional Dentist, who has given exemplary professional services during consultations and surgeries. Generally dental issues, in usual terms do remind us of pain and, discomfort. However Dr. Pooja, through exceptional skills made my dental experience painless. Miss Anisha is a dental Nurse who is very professional and has demonstrated excellent teamwork with Dr. Pooja. Actual dentists and nurses are amazing. So friendly, efficient and speedy. Reception could do with a little work on speed and efficiency but friendly.

As a new patient who is anxious about dentists, the staff I spoke to were kind, friendly and professional. However, I found that my expressed concerns about tooth and gum pain / sensitivity were not listened to by the dentist themselves. I received no response on how to improve the discomfort, and was repeatedly told that my teeth were fine and that I am a ‘lovely young girl’ and patted on the shoulder (I am an adult woman). I would have appreciated to spend longer than 5 minutes in an appointment that cost £95.
