A correction
I was overcharged for a dental procedure and gave a poor review, but subsequently they asked me in for a talk where they explained that due to a software mistake they had charged me twice for something. Everything was resolved most amicably. I appreciate their attempts to correct an error - and that they were open to my suggestion to show future customers a costing and timeline flow chart, to help them understand these details when they first enquire about a complex procedure (an implant in this case). Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but it is how you deal with things AFTER a mistake, that separates out the good from the bad....Therefore this a good follow-up review.
