I've just had my 6month check up and as usual all the staff make you feel relaxed and i have been seeing Rishi for 14yrs he is a brilliant dentist always explains what needs doing and is always patient professional and friendly i know it might sound weird but i actually enjoy going to see him.Tony Dean.

Very friendly staff, put at ease straight away, only running 5 minutes late which is nothing. Gentle check and X-rays (first appointment) very disappointed that no scale and polish was included. It should be included in band 1 on the NHS as a preventative measure, other NHS dentists do this, my previous one did so I may change back, even though they were not that friendly or local to me.

I was seen on time , Dr Nirjana and her lovely nurse quickly put me at ease , with patience and professionalism treated me in spite of my severe gag reflex, dental treatment at its best. The receptionist was kind and efficient. Good teamwork

Receptionists were very polite and helpful. The hygienist was too. Explained to me everything she was doing in a clear and understandable way. Also gave me some very useful tips to help with keeping my teeth clean and healthy.

I had a very positive visit yesterday. Rik the dentist was calm, gentle and very professional. In fact all the staff there are friendly and helpful. In past times a lot of people were scared of going to the dentist but that isn’t the case these days. It’s a much more relaxed atmosphere.

I have attended this dentist for many years and have always had a good experience. Recently I had to have extensive dental work which included 2 implanted teeth and so saw Dr Brad Hawkins on several occasions to complete the treatment. He and the whole team are friendly and professional. I recommend this practice to all!

As always, was sent reminder of my due hygiene appointment, made quickly and efficiently on the phone, reminders sent via text, appointment was on time, painless, and mouth felt clean and fresh afterwards, although probably not exactly the right word, but I almost enjoy going there.

I had a rather complex treatment and the experience was made bearable by a patient, cheerful and careful dentist and her assistant. It was even followed up by a phone call at home to make sure I had got back home and all was OK. Amazing service.
