Non stop telephone calls , constant harassment. People are generally struggling financially, this is the reason they fall behind in payments. These companies are leeches, making a living off the poorest members of society

Bully Boys.
As usual companies like TM Legal or ACI get away with illegal and harassing practices. After endless letters, phone calls and emails claiming there is an outstanding, but yet to be produced CCJ, I returned home to find that they had sent one of their "bully boys" to my address. There was no contact number or name on the letter just a reference and verify reference number. Email sent with an acknowledgement they have received it and just off to send a registered letter to these bullies. They must think people are stupid with all the false good reviews on here but never answer the bad ones. They have been sent a cease and desist letter but as experience shows they just ignore it. They keep putting fake reviews to control the 10% of bad ones, c'mon Trustpilot, sort them out.
