The gentleman who took my call was very knowledgeable and it was very easy to book the holiday. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and made the holiday booking experience a pleasure.

Our first Titan trip. The collection from home/return transport worked well, even though we didn't know the transport would be shared. This was not made clear on booking. The Hotel du Lac was clean and functional and not 4* in our opinion. The biggest let down was the food. We made it very clear on the booking, in the pre-trip WhatsApp group and on arrival that we are vegetarians. This appeared alien to the restaurant manager unfortunately. We ate out 3 nights as we couldn't face the pedestrian food. Italy is one of the best cuisines for non meat eaters but sadly Chef appeared to favour frozen veggie patties and tinned vegetables. Yuk. An oddity was having to order dinner at breakfast and always sit in the same place. Never experienced that before anywhere in the world. The Titan tour guide was very scatty and disorganised. She often changed group instructions/meet up points which confused people. Sadly I don't think she had ever been to the region before. She didn't know a great deal and whilst she was Italian, her command of English did not meet our expectations. On arrival at the airport, rather than a general welcome to the region and introduction to the tour, she spent the time reading from a folder telling us how much it costs to buy water at the hotel and on the bus. Each evening she would send a long cut and paste information message on WhatsApp giving details about the next day's trip. It would've been far better to have a knowledgeable guide who knows the area and who can speak about this face-to-face. Not impressed to be honest. On the day trip to Venice, she said on the bus 'well you will all know more about the place than me'?! That just about sums up the trip. She was however, kind and supportive to the elderly single passengers and provided chummy companionship. We weren't looking for that, we expected a first class Tour Manager who added value beyond the basics. We have just booked another trip later this year, a long haul trip to Africa, and we decided against Titan sorry.
I have just spoken to a marvellous man named Chandan, regarding my booking. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and talked my through all the stages to book my seat. I am extremely grateful for his help and his gentle manner.
Lisa was very efficient at booking the holiday we wanted. She promised to ring back with details and she did.

Deluxe Alaskan voyage and the Rocky Mountaineer What a fab 17 day trip from home pick up to delivery back home. Very well organised from start to finish. Our Tour guide John Allen made our holiday one to remember. His wealth of knowledge was amazing on everything! Great sense of humour and went above and beyond to ensure everyone in our group were happy and safe. Such an asset to your company. Its a shame that more hotel breakfasts and evening meals weren't included and that the ships tips/taxes werent included either, making a very expensive tour even more costly! We paid and did a couple of the tours arranged by Holland and America which were fun but again costly. But a big shout out and thank you to John a very memorable experience.
Bose was rubbish! Well at least that's what I told him. Of all the reps/guides that we have had on Titan and other holiday suppliers, Bose was by far the best, the most helpful, informative and with an eye for detail providing additional support when needed. The Amorena was exceptionally clean and well run with an outstanding Master and crew including the kitchen staff. No request was too much trouble for them and dealt with promptly. I would not hesitate to use Titan again and would highly recommend them to anyone who would listen.
The holiday was extremely well managed with an excellent quality hotel in Luxor for 3 days followed by an excellent quality river boat for a week. Our tour manager was superb in making decisions and getting us to all sites in the cool morning as the first coach into the car park everywhere. He also made excellent decisions on scheduling during an extreme 3 day heatwave. We also had an incredibly knowledgeable Egyptologist for our site guide. An excellent team of local experts who worked superbly throughout. Several of us booked a balloon ride outside of the tour agenda and this was not only taken into account with a slight start time adjustment but the tour manager also came down to reception at 0400 to make sure our pickup went OK. The tour agenda was superb and the seldom included Dendera was a superb starter site. I cannot recommend this trip highly enough :)
California, San Diego, Sedona,Grand Canyon, Vegas, Yosemite, San Francisco. Excellent tour and guide, Alex, who is very amusing as well as super organised thoughtful and full of information, including videos, films and atmospheric music. Good hotels and excursions. Full on, so much seen and experienced. Holiday of a lifetime. ViP door to door a real benefit especially after a delay and a night flight home NB. 1. No meals included and California is expensive, with high taxes and a tipping culture 2. Less than ideal for solo travellers

The crew of the MV Amorena are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble for them or for our Titan tour guide, Bobby.. We had an amazing week exploring the Croatian coast.
Very disappointing first experience of trying to book. Email received offering 15% off selected holidays for Sept & Oct. Chose a Turkey holiday which was quoting from £1228pp, as you would expect. Chose the date, the room, the flight all still quoting 1228! Filled in personal details for payment and as soon as this was completed the full invoice appears as you would expect BUT suddenly it is now £1780pp Feel we have totally wasted a morning so back to Riviera we go where you pay what you see!!!
We mostly enjoyed our Titan Essence of Japan holiday, with a few exceptions. The long wait for our room on the first day. The sake sampling in Takayama, which just involved being given two samples to taste in a very crowded shop – no explanation as to how it was made, what we were actually drinking , vintages, what to look out for etc., so pretty much a non–event. Our last night’s stay at Tokyo’s Skyfront Tokyu Rei hotel – a ghastly place with an “industrial chic” theme that made it look unfinished. Bare concrete and pipes everywhere, including the small rooms. However, unlike the experience of some reviewers, our tour manager and Japanese guide were both very good and worked hard to make the tour enjoyable. So why the one star? Titan admin. and customer service..........(or lack of it). Seven months before departure, I contacted Titan to see if I could purchase extra legroom seats in one of the exit rows on our BA flights. After more than nine weeks and much reminding, their mysterious “Aviation Team” released the news that this was not possible. Ok – so what about Premium Economy seats? Two weeks later, somebody got back to me to tell me that only two were still available on our flights – for an additional amount equivalent to nearly two-thirds of the total cost of the holiday, (i.e. more than £4K each!). I declined. Moving forward to a few weeks before the holiday, the final details e-mail appeared with pick up times – but no BA flight booking reference (PNR) number. Without this, you cannot check-in 24 hours in advance like most of the passengers - so when you finally get to check-in at the airport, only the seating “dregs” are left on a busy flight. Titan’s phone rep. told me that no reference number was available, so I contacted British Airways. They promptly found our names, our flights and “that” number – but they couldn’t disclose it because of data protection laws. It HAS to come from Titan. So back to Titan customer services, with e-mails sent 14 and 2 days before departure to – again – request the BA flight booking reference number. No reply received to either e-mail. My partner and I ended up seated apart and next to total strangers for a 14 hour flight. My partner chose Titan for Japan because of their itinerary, but I’m afaid that I have vowed never to use them again – they broke numerous promises to get back to me or just ignored me altogether. Japan and its people are lovely and we would happily go back there, but next time we would choose a company that at least APPEARS to give a damn.
Bobby, our guide, who was attentive always with a smile plus the crew/staff who were very helpful and always available. All the on-shore guides were very knowledgeable. The car collection and return journey made a big difference to us. Thanks Titan
