The gentleman who took my call was very knowledgeable and it was very easy to book the holiday. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and made the holiday booking experience a pleasure.
Our first Titan trip. The collection from home/return transport worked well, even though we didn't know the transport would be shared. This was not made clear on booking. The Hotel du Lac was clean and functional and not 4* in our opinion. The biggest let down was the food. We made it very clear on the booking, in the pre-trip WhatsApp group and on arrival that we are vegetarians. This appeared alien to the restaurant manager unfortunately. We ate out 3 nights as we couldn't face the pedestrian food. Italy is one of the best cuisines for non meat eaters but sadly Chef appeared to favour frozen veggie patties and tinned vegetables. Yuk. An oddity was having to order dinner at breakfast and always sit in the same place. Never experienced that before anywhere in the world. The Titan tour guide was very scatty and disorganised. She often changed group instructions/meet up points which confused people. Sadly I don't think she had ever been to the region before. She didn't know a great deal and whilst she was Italian, her command of English did not meet our expectations. On arrival at the airport, rather than a general welcome to the region and introduction to the tour, she spent the time reading from a folder telling us how much it costs to buy water at the hotel and on the bus. Each evening she would send a long cut and paste information message on WhatsApp giving details about the next day's trip. It would've been far better to have a knowledgeable guide who knows the area and who can speak about this face-to-face. Not impressed to be honest. On the day trip to Venice, she said on the bus 'well you will all know more about the place than me'?! That just about sums up the trip. She was however, kind and supportive to the elderly single passengers and provided chummy companionship. We weren't looking for that, we expected a first class Tour Manager who added value beyond the basics. We have just booked another trip later this year, a long haul trip to Africa, and we decided against Titan sorry.
I have just spoken to a marvellous man named Chandan, regarding my booking. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and talked my through all the stages to book my seat. I am extremely grateful for his help and his gentle manner.

I have just returned from a small ship cruise around the Croatian Islands. The ship was lovely, perfect for the itinerary, and the scenery and destinations were simply stunning. What made the trip so special was the Tour Manager Marko, and the crew of Liberty. Marko was so knowledgeable and friendly, and what makes him so great is that he genuinely cares about making sure everyone has a fantastic time, nothing was too much trouble. The crew were amazing, they all worked very hard to make sure everything was perfect for us, they were really friendly and welcoming, made me feel relaxed, and always brought a smile to my face. I'm now genuinely considering doing the cruise again next year.
Probably the worst holiday i have endured in my entire 70 years and the biggest waste of time and considerable amount of money spent . The Dalmatia is less than a 3 star boat mainly due to the dire standard and size of the cabins. The itinery was changed daily with the emphasise of customer satisfaction being focussed on the crew rather than the people who had paid a considerable amount of money to endure the authoritarian approach adopted by them. Practically all of the passengers aboard this trip feel the extreme dissatisfaction expressed in my review which I will elaborate on in a full and frank email on return home. Having travelled extensively for many years this has truly been an endurance test up to and including the final day where we are facing 3 hours waiting time for a coach in Zadar , also not on the initial plan, where we will face a further 3 hr plus journey back to the airport in order to allow the boat to have a quicker trip to Split for their next unfortunate passengers. I can only hope that anyone considering booking this trip in future will take serious consideration before doing so and save themselves the angst and money it has cost us and many others during the past week
I was on MV Liberty , a small ship cruise. The ship is beautiful, the crew wonderful. The food was great , all drinks included.Marco our rep was absolutely fab , nothing was too much trouble. The other guests were all fab too, it was like one big very happy family. The best holiday ever.
Late arrival. Great five days then one day going to zadar for the convenience of the crew. Moored between a main road and another boat.stifling. next day off boat at noon and having to wander around in the heat for an hour and a half, then an extra long transfer because the itinerary was changed. Paid for 8 days, got 5.
Just booked my first holiday with Titan via phone as there were technical issues with the Titan website. Rita took my call and organised everything seamlessly from initial details through to plane seats and beyond confirming everything as the booking continued. Every detail was given to me and the confirmation email landed within half an hour. What a great start to a very big adventure to Australia.
We did the Secrets of Italy & Sicily trip 16/05/25. The food in the hotels were very very poor that's my main gripe. One meal I ordered was pork I received 3 very small round pieces of BACK BACON and 5 black olives I was astounded this was a main meal I hate black olives, this is true. Another meal was 3 burnt pieces of egg plant, 3 burnt pieces of courgette, half a potato with stuffing on top half a tomato with stuffing and a couple of carrots this was a veggie meal and it was stone cold. The people sat by me were shocked, they said I should have sent it back but it was so disgusting my appetite was gone. We were never offered chicken in 10 days. I travelled with Titan many many years ago and it was excellent don't know what's happened to them, these were definitely not the 4 star hotels we are used to. Shocking food. We will never travel with them again.
We have travelled with Titan several times. We have just booked another tour for next year and the booking agent was excellent, went the extra mile giving us lots of information, spent time making sure we were happy with everything before booking. Our last tour exceeded our expectations and we saw more than what was stated in the brochure. The travel rep was excellent and we felt very well looked after, making our trip more relaxing.
Everything starts and ends well with being picked up, taken to the airport, all the porterage sorted for you, to the getting on the coach at your destination and meeting your tour operator and driver (special thanks to Jay and Norris you were just great) who will be looking after you for the duration, to the places you stay and the included excursions and back home again! Your on the move and it can be a little tiring but well worth it for the memories you come away with. Would definitely use Titan again
Well organised, friendly efficient crew, superb scenery, beautiful weather, good food and a really good rep. Nothing at all to criticise.
Adriatic Coastal Explorer holiday We have enjoyed many Titan holidays and this was no exception. The crew onboard the Amorena looked after us really well, the yacht was well maintained and cared for. The food was excellent, we have both put weight on! Our tour manager Bobby was great, caring, relaxed and humorous. Looking forward to our next Titan holiday in September.
