The gentleman who took my call was very knowledgeable and it was very easy to book the holiday. He answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction and made the holiday booking experience a pleasure.

Our first Titan trip. The collection from home/return transport worked well, even though we didn't know the transport would be shared. This was not made clear on booking. The Hotel du Lac was clean and functional and not 4* in our opinion. The biggest let down was the food. We made it very clear on the booking, in the pre-trip WhatsApp group and on arrival that we are vegetarians. This appeared alien to the restaurant manager unfortunately. We ate out 3 nights as we couldn't face the pedestrian food. Italy is one of the best cuisines for non meat eaters but sadly Chef appeared to favour frozen veggie patties and tinned vegetables. Yuk. An oddity was having to order dinner at breakfast and always sit in the same place. Never experienced that before anywhere in the world. The Titan tour guide was very scatty and disorganised. She often changed group instructions/meet up points which confused people. Sadly I don't think she had ever been to the region before. She didn't know a great deal and whilst she was Italian, her command of English did not meet our expectations. On arrival at the airport, rather than a general welcome to the region and introduction to the tour, she spent the time reading from a folder telling us how much it costs to buy water at the hotel and on the bus. Each evening she would send a long cut and paste information message on WhatsApp giving details about the next day's trip. It would've been far better to have a knowledgeable guide who knows the area and who can speak about this face-to-face. Not impressed to be honest. On the day trip to Venice, she said on the bus 'well you will all know more about the place than me'?! That just about sums up the trip. She was however, kind and supportive to the elderly single passengers and provided chummy companionship. We weren't looking for that, we expected a first class Tour Manager who added value beyond the basics. We have just booked another trip later this year, a long haul trip to Africa, and we decided against Titan sorry.
I have just spoken to a marvellous man named Chandan, regarding my booking. He was extremely helpful and patient with me and talked my through all the stages to book my seat. I am extremely grateful for his help and his gentle manner.
Lisa was very efficient at booking the holiday we wanted. She promised to ring back with details and she did.

My husband and I have just returned from Titans Icelandic Adventure tour. Door to door service is excellent and a great way to start your adventure. Iceland is an amazing country with fantastic scenery and very friendly people. During our 10 day tour we had so many highlights and some wonderful experiences. There were only 17 people in our group and everyone got on well. It was nice having such a small group. The hotels we stayed in were all good and although some of the rooms were small they were adequate for a one night stay. They were spotlessly clean and had comfy beds. All had a kettle with tea & coffee making facilities. Most of our meals were included which was good because Iceland is expensive. All breakfasts were buffet with plenty of choice and the evening meals were excellent and either buffet or a 3 course set menu and included water, tea and coffee. Our coach driver was really good, very polite and an excellent driver and handled the coach well on the Icelandic roads. Our Icelandic tour manger was really friendly but we found it difficult to understand her when she was using the microphone on the coach. Probably due to her accent or holding the microphone too close. We all mentioned this to her and she did try to rectify this with out success. We were not given a contact number for her in case of emergencies which we have always had on other Titan tours. We would also have liked more information on what to wear each day as the Icelandic weather can change pretty quick. We were lucky and had great weather but I would advise everyone to take layers and full waterproof and windproof clothes. Waterproof sturdy shoes or hiking boots are a must as some of the terrain can be uneven. We didn’t let this spoil out trip and had a throughly enjoyable tour and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Iceland in the summer.
The holiday was a disappointment. The flights were changes by BA meaning that we arrived late at night. The ship MV Dalmatia cabin was in need of maintenance. The service on board was very poor and the crew were not very friendly. The itenary was changed before we arrives and changes were made on a daily basis which from our view were to meet the crews needs. The final day we had to be off the ship by noon and a coach was booked to take our hold luggage it arrived late and our bags were off loaded by the ships crew and left on the pavement. We were ordered off the ship. We then had to carry our bags to the bus. We were told once we has done that we would have time for a lunch and to assembly at 13.15 for the journey to the airport. We went off and ordered our food only to recieve a phone call to say we needed to get to the bus as they had decided to leave for the airport early.
Adriatic Coastal Cruise 13-20 June 2025. My husband and I have just returned from above cruise. A memorable holiday for all the right reasons. Standards of food, accommodation and crew were above expectation without exception. Our fellow passengers were companionable and great fun. A special mention about Bobby our tour manager who was not only very knowledgeable, but imparted information in a most easily digestable way, with both humour and wit. He is a great and valuable asset to Titan. Jenny and Peter Jones
I have just spent the most amazing week onboard the MY Amorena. The crew onboard made me feel at home from the moment I stepped onboard. Just poodling up and around the coast of Croatian, stopping for swims and then guided tours of pretty towns, villages. Bozo our tour manager, was fun and informative. It was an experience I will never forget. I Need to mention a particular crew member who was exceptionally kind Uros, thank you for your care and kindness. I will be back!!
We had an excellent Tour Manager, who had to manage a large group of 44. At times the timetable was somewhat "challenging" when ferry and train times had to be met. Scenery well worth the effort! Hotels fully acceptable. Cruise Ship Havilla Capella excellent. Both food and accommodation. Highlight tour from the ship was the North Cape
Just returned from Lake Orta staying at L Approdo hotel at Puttenasca.The location of the hotel is stunning really beautiful. However the food we were served at evening meals was very poor and certainly not 4 star standard. The room was clean and spacious though dated. I had an issue with my patio door which still wasn't fixed by the time we left.Many of our group were given incorrect bar bills. On the plus side the tour manager,Rhonda, and the excursions were great This was my first time with Titan but I am undecided whether to use them again if they consider this hotel to be 4 star
The pick up from home and return journey. The two guides were very informative and looked after the group. The inuded trips were very good and the optional one was very good. MV Livingstone was very enjoyable and the staff were brilliant.
Southern Sights and Sounds Tour 2025; after a bumpy start, the tour was a success. We enjoyed the destinations and attractions covered. The local guides were passionate and informative and our tour guide and driver were fantastic - both individually and as a team. A special thanks to Jay Shmidt for all his help with our missing luggage, he was an absolute star and saved the day! Only let down was Gaylord Opryland Resort. The hotel is too far from the local attractions in Nashvile. The unexpected overcharge for breakfast on day 2 was not appreciated by anyone involved either. Our tables were grouped together by the server. which we didn't ask for, resulting in an automatic 20% gratuity charge. This condition was NOT made clear at the time. If you are travelling as a couple, dine as a couple to avoid any unexpected add on to your food bill.
I wasn’t please with Titan customer service, no information was provided regarding the tours and what to prepare before departing to Mauritius, we were allow to book our seat only at the last minutes after a month when the seats were all taken, no information was provided regarding if we need card or cash payments with the locals, i would not deal with Titan in the future until there is some improvements with their service. it takes weeks for the customer service to respond to queries
Just arrived back from a titan tour sight and sounds of USA We had the best experience starting at Atlanta traveling to Memphis Nashville New Orleans and much more the hotels were all Good too Our tour guide JAY was amazing made sure we were all looked after and made sure everything went smoothly and took us to some amazing places our driver NORRIS was always smiling and made sure we reached places on Time and would always be there to help if needed so glad we took the trip we had the best time ever
