Everyone knows if you are on a budget you don't want to be buying concert tickets, especially from a ticket reseller. Yet by some magic tickets here were actually cheaper than Ticket Master. Cheaper than if I were to actually walk to the box office. All received without any problems. Very happy customer!

There was no problem in the purchasing of the ticket. They immediately took my $674. However, I did not receive my tickets the day before the concert as stated and had repeatedly made three conversations with them and they could not guarantee that I would get those seats, but maybe something else in their inventory. They sold tickets” They didn’t have” it was stressful. The tickets arrived at 1 o’clock the day of the concert. I had already been on route and had made reservations to stay near the venue. I don’t think it’s right to sell tickets you don’t have and leave people hanging and maybe have to get a refund because you can’t provide the ticket , I would never do business with them again !

The buy now and pay later option via Affirm is much appreciated. What with the price of everything today, I love the fact I can afford to attend something even tough I don't have the funds right now!

I like the "show with fees" toggle feature and the coupon code was much appreciated.

I'm currently in a dispute with Ticketsqueeze. Deceptive business practices and terrible customer support. My ticket was voided by Ticketmaster due to violations of Ticketmaster's terms of use. No communication from Ticketsqueeze, just a notice from Ticketmaster. So I contacted Ticketsqueeze for resolution and received a canned response: all sales are final, you can re-sell your ticket, etc. No, my ticket was voided, I explained. A few weeks went by and I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now Ticketsqueeze is trying to force a new ticket on me to keep my money. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid.

Update: After posting this review, submitting a chargeback with my bank, and again calling customer service and scheduling a call with a supervisor I was able to get my issue addressed and argue up to getting a 90% refund. Credit where it's due, If you are vocal about your issue and persistent but kind then their support team can help you. I clicked on a misleading URL (eg:georgeampitheatre.com instead of the real gorgeampitheatre.com) after googling the event that i wanted to go to and the venue and was met with a website with a very similar design to the real gorge website. clicking the "buy tickets" links you to ticket squeeze's reselling platform. Multiple other people report this same issue, with multiple other misleading but top rated URLs/webpages for seemingly official venues that lead to ticket squeeze. I found the whole experience to be designed to confuse and deceive the consumer into buying overpriced tickets for events. I tried to buy tickets to a festival at the gorge and the only option that did not say "row seating" ended up being 4x the price of a normal ticket. I had assumed I bought from a legitimate source and called them minutes after i bought the tickets hoping to get my money back simply by claiming that I'd bought tickets for the wrong dates/event and asking nicely. Reaching out to customer service was unhelpful as they denied my refund on the grounds that "all sales are final". They also would not contact the seller for me to request a refund or give me the seller's information to contact personally. I found out later that even if I had purchased ticket insurance, that it's through a unreliable third party company. Ticketmaster, live nation, and most other ticket sellers allow refunds within the first couple of days. Avoid this company.

Ticketsqueeze uses deceptive practices to mimic venue websites and direct customers to purchase tickets through ticketsqueeze instead of through the actual venue. Examples of sites they own that mimic venue websites are: chicagobroadwaytheater.com, hamiltonarena.com, lamusictheater.com, philadelphiaconcerthall.com, civictheatersandiego.com, paramounttheatreseattle.net. On all of them, they pretend to be the venue in question, down to the "about" page, and the address and phone number listed for the venue. You'd have to click the "disclaimer" link to find out that they aren't. The buy tickets links all link to ticketsqueeze. Ticketsqueeze sold me tickets the seller doesn't have yet, and won't have until a few days before the event. The only place this is information is available is through an icon you have to mouse-over to get a pop up where you're told the seller doesn't have your tickets in the last page before paying. I understandably did not find this (because it's intentionally hidden) and once it was made clear, I contacted their customer service and asked for a refund. The risk of not getting the tickets isn't worth the few dollars i saved. They have initially denied the cancellation and refund by telling me it's my fault that I didn't find this hidden information. If that changes, I will update this review. STAY AWAY from this company Update: after a second email and sharing this review with them directly, they issued my refund Second Update 5/18/24: Ticket Squeeze is now trying to get this review taken down by claiming it's for the wrong business.

Ticket Squeeze,I paid over 350.00 to see Fred Hammond on 5/4, for today 5/10. I had orchestra seats. Ticket Squeeze called /emailed me this week and offered what was supposed to be better Box seats 30. They were supposed to send me tickets yesterday 5/9. So I called yesterday and today. Then they sent me out the wrong tickets from /Ticketmaster. in peanut heaving. The concert start at 8 and I wanted to leave early and have a great time it is 3:33 can not get to speak to a supervisor. I thought when I bought from Ticket Squeeze I was buying at DAR directly. So I do not have my tickets yet. I am so frustrated with bad service. Plus I found out that I way overpaid for my tickets. Do not ever, I mean ever use them. Horrible service.

There is no hidden charge on Ticketsqueez and I love their smooth process of buying Tickets! Highly Recommending to others!

The entire experience was easy and we got perfect seats. Buuuuut, 4 stars instead of 5 just because the added fee. Obviously the experience would be better without service fees.

Best price I found, even after checking Ticket Master, so that gets 5 stars in my book. Tickets sent to me without issue. I will add Ticket Squeeze to my list of sites I always check for tickets.

Much like the other 1 star reviews, I was fooled into thinking I was purchasing concert tickets from the actual venue website when in fact I was paying more than double the price on their website. They intentionally make their site look as close as possible to the venue website. I'm usually careful about these things but must have let my guard down because I was in a hurry to buy tickets. Don't be fooled like I was. It cost me an extra $100 per ticket times 5 tickets.

Same day purchase and it was very smooth! Last minute decision for a concert that night. Select tickets in the morning and they were transferred to me (and subsequently my friends!) by the late afternoon. Whole process was very easy to follow and emails detailed everything.

Total SCAM ! 1. Posing as the true website. 2. Overcharging by more than 50%. 3. Not delivering tickets or seat assignments!

I don't understand why so many ticketing sites don't give the exact row and seat number of the tickets. You already have the tickets so you know the seat number – why not list it? Apart from that, I must say that purchasing for our group the entire process was extremely easy. Very quick from start to finish and easy for each of us to receive our own tickets on our phones.
