Thanks to Affirm payment I was able to get my ticket, for someone on a tight budget like myself, the facts ticket were cheap was great,but using Affirm really makes the process affordable. Crazy times we live in where i need to buy concerts ticket and installments!

For someone who is not very tech-savvy, I was actually able to manage it. Straightforward booking of tickets. Following the intructions to get tickets on to my phone was broken down into simple steps that even I could follow. Thank you so much!!

Whole process took about 15 minutes from ordering to waiting for the ticket transfer. Ordering was about 5 minutes, then I waited a further 10 for the ticket transfer.

Rare to find a resale marketplace that does not charge any fees. That gets my vote.

On the day of show I was told my tickets were unavailable. The agent told me she would find comparable tickets but instead hung up on me, didn’t call back, and just sent refund. Extremely unsatisfied. Not sure these guys are legit

Bought (very expensive) tickets for a local show. Buying was easy and tickets were supposed to be delivered electronically the day before the show. Instead I received a call that I needed to get tickets at will-call. We got to the venue and there were no tickets. Ticketsqueeze said they would "look into it" and get back to me in 10 business days. Had to report as fraud to my insurance company to get a refund

This company owns the website for Ogden Ampitheater and uses it to misrepresent themselves. The website appears to be a legit website for Ogden Ampitheater but it is just a front for this ticket reseller.

Somebody (which TicketSqueeze claims they are unaffiliated with) creates fake websites which impersonate local venues (utilize pictures, address, and phone number of the venue) including borrowing the full name of the venue with a .net domain (or some other non-.com domain). These sites show up in search engines not as sponsored or Ads, and so they have the appearance of the real venue (see mooretheatre.net). This “unaffiliated site” links only to TicketSqueeze. Again TicketSqueeze claims these sites are unaffiliated with them, and yet all they do is link to TicketSqueeze. You’ll have to decide for yourself if that makes sense. After you finish purchasing your tickets, you then realize they will only hand you the tickets a few days before the event (you just have to trust them) even if you've bought the tickets a month ahead. If you ask for a refund they will point out all of the various places on their site that they've tucked away disclaimers. According to them it is not their responsibility how you found their site, no refunds will be issued, even though you’ve made it clear that you thought you were buying from the venue’s site. In my experience, I was in a hurry and genuinely believed I was getting tickets directly from the venue up to the moment where they have charged me and are holding the tickets. I asked for a refund. I asked for them to release the tickets they were charging me for as soon as possible. They refused anything other than giving me a voucher to buy other tickets on their site. To anybody that has been affected by this I recommend asking your credit card company to chargeback the transaction. EDIT: TicketSqueeze is complaining about my review here, so for all the hundreds of complaint on the web, just be aware TicketSqueeze is likely requesting reviews are modified or taken down.

Managed to get 8 tickets for our group, all of which were all together. Pretty good going for this late! Happy with the selection available and process to order was very efficient.

Ive never heard of Ticketsqueeze before this transaction. It was a quick process and received the tickets. No issues, but was a little annoyed of fact they have service fees.

I am a email subscriber and get emailed monthly schedules of a venue i'm interested in near me. Which is great, considering the venue itself does not have email updates!! Ticket Squeeze make it very easy to stay informed on whats happening.

Purchased via the app, which is awesome because the tickets were cheaper. I'll use anything that gives me discount, as with the price of tickets nowadays, we need all the help we can get! Thanks guys.

all anyone talks about nowadays is the fees when buying concert tickets. but ticket squeeze was actually very reasonable. fees were so low, like 5 bucks. plus the tickets were cheaper than stubhub, so overall i am very happy.
