So far I am happy, even though the tickets were expensive I was able to get seats I wanted. The system was a bit tricky using for my firt time, but I got there in the end.

Thanks to Ticket Squeeze and Mathew for helping me sell my tickets. Very straight forward and was told it can take a few weeks for tickets to sell, but sold mine in 5 days. The support team made it all very streamlined. It's good to know this is possible should I have to miss another event.

My event was general admission, so all tickets were identical. I selected the cheapest, obviously. Why pay more, when you can pay less! Transfer was very easy. Scanned barcode on entry.

The whole process was very quick.

Easy. Job done.

Did not have to break the bank. Recommended and I will be returning.

I downloaded the app to make my order, why wouldn't you when its money off just for using an app. Excellent app with no funky gadets, tracking or popups etc. Just simple and effective and does exactly what you want, nothing more. My new go-to for concerts

Purchased tickets for a "Mamma Mia" performance in Denver. When the date for electronic delivery via Ticket Master (TM) came, tickets were supposedly claimed by another email address. Working with TM, the tickets had never been delivered to TM at my email account. Ticket Squeeze was absolutely no help in finding the lost tickets. If they sent them to the incorrect TM account, they did not admit it. The end result after several calls and conversations with Ticket Squeeze was basically, tough luck. Unfortunate way to waste $400. After an email of complaint, Ticket Squeeze found my statements correct and refunded the money within three days. This action was necessary and is appreciated.

this place is horrible I paid for premium seats and when we arrived at the theater our seat were the very last ones in the back we paid premium prices for the worst seats customer services claims those were good seats and were no help in solving the issue i would never use these people again

I never received my ticket. I received an email asking me if I had a ticket and when I hit no I was sent to another site that had nothing to do with tickets. This happened several times. No valid site or any help with tickets. Then I found an email that instructed me to use it for customer service. I told the saga on the email several times. They responded with script emails. After three or four emails I received an email that said I had the wrong email and no emails at that site are ever read, yet they were responding. I was told about "the right" email and sent requests for the ticket and was told I never provided enough information. Funny, they found me to ask for a good review, but no idea when I told them I had not received a ticket. This company had no intentions on every getting me a ticket. The positive reviews have to be fake. Nobody would be happy to deal with them.

Inadvertently paid over $250 for General Admission tickets when the concert was first announced - when same tickets were $68 elsewhere. No customer service, no explanation, no recourse, and of course - not resalable as the price is so inflated. This is a complete scam. [Also as reference, this is the first time I have had to write such a negative review for a company.]

Bought seats almost a year in advance then was told my seats were not available the day before the event and was then offered seats that were $200 cheaper than the ones I purchased but with only a $150 dollar refund. Terrible experience and will never be using again. As an update, the total cost of the new seats was actually less than $200, so they essentially charged me double the cost for the wrong seats as after the refund I still paid around $400.

Just a warning about ticketsqueeze. I bought 2 tickets at about $450 a piece for pit tickets to the Metallica/Pantera/Suicidal Tendencies concert May 1st. When we got to the gate the tickets didn't work. When I called after maybe 30 minutes I got a rep, they said they were issuing a full refund. So I bought new tickets at the venue. Now, i haven't received a refund. When contacted they said I needed to send proof of the new tickets, so I sent it. Today they said they need more that that, they need the venues scan record showing the tickets didn't scan... So. This is a complete scam. When I had talked to the rep originally they said the tickets were never scanned by the concert venue (the QR wouldn't scan at the venue) so I'd get a refund, then she hung up. Please be aware of this. We ended up missing ST and Pantera after driving 5 hours because we couldn't get in and I was attempting to get the tickets to work. Total scam site.

My family and I were able to get really amazing, top-notch broadway seats through Ticket Squeeze. I had never heard of them prior to buying for this particular show, and I was hesitant, due to some of these reviews, but I'm so glad we ended up purchasing from them. The tickets didn't transfer correctly the first time, but a quick phone call with them and they were able to successfully re-transfer them to us and we got the tickets right away! They are legitimate--showing on my ticketmaster broadway account. They were very quick to help me on the phone. We purchased an entire year in advance, so we had plenty of time to get it sorted anyway, but based on some of these other reviews, I was expecting to get zero help, let alone actually get the tickets. I'm so happy to report that my family and I are satisfied customers. Another thing I should mention--my dad purchased these tickets for us, as a holiday gift. He has since passed away, sadly. We expressed interest in wanting to sell one of the tickets we purchased through them, and my dad had never "accepted" the transferred tickets when he initially was emailed about it. He wasn't always the most tech savvy. They handled this situation with such empathy, and upon me providing proof of his death, they were able to speak to me about the purchase (I also appreciated this because most legit companies ask for this for security purposes). Just one more thing that I felt they did right. So, now I will be able to re-sell one of our tickets, and we can still enjoy our show. Thank you, Ticket Squeeze!

I found the interaction with Ticketsqueeze.com very simple, even for someone of my age and technical ability. I received this particular tickets via email and printing them off with the barcode was as easy as clicking print. No problems at the venue and the staff were very accommodating. I am not a big concert goer, but will certainly consider using your service again in the future.

I won a Ticket Squeeze gift card at a charity raffle, so technically I didn't pay for the tickets. Don't know whether that changes anything? But technically the process was the same. Very easy to checkout and select my show and tickets. Tickets were transferred to me via the app and email communication was simple to follow.

Found you on facebook months ago. I like the fact that you have everything under one roof. Makes it very easy and I know where to look when I want to get theatre tickets. I am a bit of a musical theatre fanatic and try to catch a show when budget allows! Not the cheapest hobby that's for sure!

Thank you for my tickets, but I really would of felt much easier had I been able to choose my exact specific seats. I ideally wanted an aisle seat as my hip needs me to have my leg extended when I sit. But otherwise this was a very easy experience to select and purchase.
