This isn't ticketmaster. There aren't a gazillion added fees! Very refreshing.

Great service. Very quick and easy to use. My only complaint would be the time it can take to get the tickets. Having to wait until nearer the time of the concert to get the tickets to appear on my phone can be stressful.

I am grateful for the lack of download fees, which I guess falls under your free shipping policy. Please keep it up and continue offering these benefits. Especially in todays world where companies want to rinse for your every dime they possibly can.

Travelling a long distance to reach this concert, so it's nice to have the tickets transferred to me early to give me peace of mind. Not always common with other ticket sites. Looking forward to it!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Stay far far away from TicketSqueeze! Purchased my tickets, didn’t receive them, after contacting customer service they “contacted the seller”, then I finally got email saying my tickets were available but they were ABSOLUTELY NOT ACCESSIBLE!!! just kept getting a blank screen over and over. THE TICKETS WERE NOT THERE!!! Filed a claim and after “review” they determined I was not eligible for a refund. Horrible, awful experience!! Had to repurchase tickets (very carefully checked the site) the day of as it was a gift. Shame on ticket squeeze for scamming people out of their hard earned money!! And ironically, when I contacted them to find out how to write a review, was told they didn’t know!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Very expensive lesson to learn!! EDIT AFTER SEEING TICKETSQUEEZE RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW: That is incorrect information!! I contacted you 12 hours before the event because I did not receive my tickets the day before as was stated when I purchased them. I tried every way possible to access those tickets but they WERE NOT THERE. It was quite interesting that shortly after I contacted you and you said you contacted the seller, that I then received communication that my tickets were available. What would have happened had I not reached out?? SCAM!! And again, when I contacted TicketSqueeze customer service thru the chat feature to ask how to leave a review, the agent said she didn’t know!!! Hmmmmm. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE all around. Shame on you!!!! Also, if I had “device” or “internet” issues, how was I able to correspond and send photos?? I tried to access those tickets on multiple devices, and NOTHING!! It was NOT my issue - your company scams people out of their money and does not deliver!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

This site is a scam. When I went to check in, it said my tickets had already been used. I had to purchase new tickets on-site.

It's no frills reasonably priced seems least predatory and I appreciate you for that. May the good guys win!

In the shady, scammy world of secondary ticket markets, they are the worst I have dealt with. Admittedly I made a mistake by (a) not noticing that it wasn't the actual venue site (they put up a shell), and (b) fat-fingered in an email address that doesn't exist with an off-by-one error. When I called them to fix it, after the first person hung up on me (and I was polite), the second person put me on hold for a very very long time (nice try buddy!) and then the third person told me it was too bad and sales are final as "our terms and conditions make clear." Of course no "sale" occurred because they should have gotten a bounce that the email didn't exist when they allegedly sent instructions I didn't receive. Expensive lesson learned. You have been warned.

It is a huge problem not being able to select the exact seats. How do I know what the view will be? How do I know if it's close to an aisle for easy access? The most important factor of buying tickets is knowing where the seats are. Only redeeming quality is the price and speed in which I was able to order.

Not sure what to write other than I ordered tickets and received them lol isn't that whats supposed to happen? So I guess a good service.

Not so easy for a senior to use the internet today. But I found the site very easy to navigate and select my tickets. Worth leaving a review. Thank you for making a senior very happy!

Smooth and easy. My purchase transferred over to Ticketmaster in a few days. Got a great price. Enjoyed the concert. would buy from ticketsqueeze again. :)

Too many fees! Too many fees!! Too many fees!!! Ticketmaster sucks!!! You guys are cool though. Less fees with you, but still fees!!!

Stubhub and not Ticketsqueeze. The 2 sites I will check when needing resale tickets.

Literally, don't even have to use their website. I just ask for their best price on facebook and someone gets back to me with a link. Thank you for catering to the lazy! Haha

I had purchased tickets previously and had accidently picked the wrong time. I called your customer service line and a voucher was created for me to fix the problem. I was so relieved that it could be fixed that quickly and I greatly appreciated it. Thank you!!!

They are a SCAM. I purchased tickets to a show that was postponed TWO MONTHS LATER to a date that I cannot attend. Further I also purchased parking passes through them that are unsellable. Tickets purchased through other vendors were refunded in their entirety. I was directed by Ticket Squeeze to the legalize on their site as to why they were not refunding the tickets. I was also directed to a Ticket Squeeze affiliate to resell the tickets. THIS IS BAIT AND SWITCH. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

The payment process was straightforward, and I got my confirmation email within minutes. Overall, it was easy to book tickets. I highly recommend them!

TicketSqueeze offered ticket insurance, which I accepted. Then they can to cancel the order and issue a refund because the ticket were no longer available. They didn't refund the insurance. What I chatted, they said I'm on my own to get a refund from Allianz (even though they acted as Allianz's agent to sell to me).

Buying the tickets was a smooth easy process. Two days before the concert the tickets I received were to an event I've never heard of and 2,500 miles from me. I followed the instructions on the website, and Christine (customer support) who was so friendly and kind, fixed everything and before I knew it, I had the right tickets and the concert was awesome, everything was exactly as I had purchased it. Christine made my first time out with Ticketsqueeze a very positive experience. Yes, I recommend Ticketsqueeze because I know if something should go wrong, they will very quickly make it right.
