Highly recommend Thunder Road

I recently bought a KTM from Thunder Road, and I couldn’t be happier. This is the third bike I have purchased from them and I have been thrilled with all of them. The customer journey was seamless from start to finish, Andy Powell was so professional, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything when I went to pick up the bike. I would recommend them to everybody

Avoid if possible

Brought a bike which clearly wasn’t moted right. Stacks of paperwork missing headlight bulbs not even working a defective back tyre service not done and I could go on but I’ll save there embarrassment

Hi all just a huge thanku to Nigel especially an the crew from the shop from beginning to end an another huge thanku to the delivery of my purchase yet again from cmc motorcycles I've dealt with them many times an would always continue to use them . Super friendly an you always get a good deal , my bikes are always mint an when ever px I always get a mint mcycle with now getting my trust an there's explaining bike conditions. Well done an thanku once again all.

Bought newer bike from them

Bought newer bike from them. Good prices for my old bike and the used bike that I bought. Unfortunately the new (used) bike developed a fault - well, these things happen... They fixed it without quibbling under their 3 month warranty. I had a loan bike while mine was being sorted and even though we had Covid lockdowns to contend with, there was excellent communication & they kept me well informed throughout. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone else. A very satisfied customer.
