If I could give less than 1 star I would. We've had no hot water - our whole building, 21 apartments - since Thursday. No one has informed us why or how long its out for. We've called head office, property manager and every other form of contact we have to get an explanation or peace of mind. we were warned before moving into this property by the previous tenants not to rent with Thornley groves and now we understand why. We don't even have a proper lock on our door which we've raised multiple times. absolutely shocking and useless agency. DO NOT USE EVER!!!!!!!!
