Excellent service.
I had my first viewing today with Thornley Groves; although the property did not suit my requirements I was very impressed by the way the viewing was arranged and carried out. Kelly was professional and helpful throughout and was able to give advice about local property market. I will look forward to dealing with Thornley Groves in the future.

Best experience selling I've had
I had Ryan to help me sell my property in Broadheath and I could not be happier with the service I received. A genuinely friendly guy who wanted to get the best outcome for all involved. From day 1 to the end he was easy to reach, open and honest in communication, and on the ball whenever we spoke. Worth every penny.

Not there in an emergency
As per other one star reviews, I would give 0 stars if possible. The property management team is flatly not available on the weekends. Not for emergencies. Not for a loss of water supply. And they will log a "loss of water supply" on their system as a "leak" so they can treat it as non-urgent and leave it for the next week. I would not recommend this company. Honestly, I wouldn't be writing this review if they had not made such an effort to be uncontactable over the weekend.

Great experience
I had a great experience viewing a property with Thornley Groves Monton. It was the first time I had viewed a house but Kelly McDermott made me feel very comfortable and at ease and answered all my questions about the house. I had plenty of time to explore, take pictures and videos and didn't feel at all rushed.
