Not trustworthy
LIARS, SCAMMERS, UNPROFESSIONAL...etc Don't believe any of the good reviews. I strongly believe that they are fake. Everyone including myself and others that have had the misfortune of using this agency know that they are the worse. Stay away from them and I hope and pray they close down.

I can't recommend Liam Pope at Thornley…
I can't recommend Liam Pope at Thornley Groves highly enough. Mine isn't a high value property, but this didn't seem to matter. Liam sold the property very quickly and professionally. Any calls or emails were answered straightaway and he couldn't have been more helpful and hardworking. Not only is he professional, he even offered to get my shopping when I broke my ribs and couldn't get out! How kind is that! I really cannot fault Liam and his team and would recommend very highly to anyone looking to sell their property.

Absolutely worst estate agents in the country
Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. 99% of the time you can't get a hold of anyone on a phone. Answer machine,, please leave a message? They never call you back! Absolutely shocking. Obviously nobody cares there. All they care about is making money and looking good on their media photos. UK's worst estate agents who don't care about there Tennant's. Utter disgrace.

Simply useless
A whole host of issues in one year of renting through them. Building work going on for 6 months, builders and others entered the property without warning, no replies to emails or calls, and it took 6 weeks to get my deposit back. This is an idea of some of the problems. They are unprofessional and simply do not care about customers. Sadly a common theme amongst most agents in Manchester.

Honestly if you love yourself I’d highly recommend that you stay away from this agency. They are the worst. They definitely don’t care about the tenants and filter out information to the landlords for their own financial gain. How can you rent out a property with pipe leaks, no hot water or running water at all? Simply disgusting to offer such low quality in the 21st century. The property managers are also very rude and condescending. Stay away from this agency.

Purchasing through Thornley Groves
Worked with both Liam and Natasha, both were incredibly helpful and polite. It was a difficult purchase due to my sale falling through, but Liam really supported us and helped us get our dream first house together, and are now living happily as a couple after three years.
