Poor customer service
From a landlord's perspective, the service is pathetic. Appalling communication and ludicrous quotes for work (a job that required a £9 part and 30 seconds to fit was quoted at £280). At best, you have to question their judgement, at worst their integrity. Have raised several complaints before and not received any reply.

Fantastic service provided from start to finish with a personal touch and always excellent communication. Especially the service provided by Liam was amazing and exceptional. The follow up from Amanda to make sure we had everything completed on time and all the documentation shared was equally appreciated and very professional. Reccomended highly for anyone looking for a great all round estate agency services. Thank you once again!

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish; I would highly recommend Thornley Groves to anyone who is looking to buy a property. I attended a viewing with one of the agents, Kelly McDermott which was a blast! She was professional, very knowledgable and made the experience enjoyable!

Biggest scammers I ve met in the UK
Biggest scammers I ve met in the UK. letting us with a broken balcony door through the whole winter MAKING THE WHOLE FALT COLD, over pricing the quotes to the landlord with 3000£ while the work costed 500£ we had to report to the city council to fix it. Bathroom door handle not fixed for 7 months and so many many more examples I could keep writing for 10 minutes. AVOID!!!!

It's all about service.....the lack of it
Had spoken to an agent previously in their Manchester branch, and she was admittedly very helpful, listening to my issue of being unable to arrange a viewing of any properties. Helpfully she booked me on a flat viewing for the following week . I thought I was on to a winner, however having shown up to the viewing at 10:30am the following Wednesday, no agent was to be found to show me the flat, I called and got no answer from mobile or landlines, and when I knocked on the flat no answer there either. After half an hour of waiting in the cold like an idiot, and not even receiving as much as a phone call to cancel or explain their absence I called it quits. I shall be using an estate agent that cares enough to turn up in future.
