I've had a mixed experience with estate agents in the past, but Imogen Windsor at Thornley Groves' Altrincham branch has been an absolute standout. She’s been amazing—always on top of things, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about making things as easy as possible. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble for her, and she’s the reason my experience has been smooth and stress-free. Honestly, if every property manager was like Imogen, dealing with estate agents would be a breeze! Thornley Groves is lucky to have her—she’s the real reason for this 5-star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Another great job!
Thornley Groves at Prestwich stand out a mile! I always get great communication, throughout any process as a landlord, that I'm dealing with. I deal with Amanda, Amber and Karen mostly, and it's just so good to see these girls being so professional. Never had a problem, never had an issue, because they are on it, and deal with everything, without a hitch. I'd be a numpty to go elsewhere, to rely on a letting agent, to find good, reliable tenant's for me. Great work and we'll done, again. Phil

Just had a lovely viewing on a house…
Just had a lovely viewing on a house with Kelly from the Monton branch. Kelly was very knowledgeable and answered most of my questions about the property before I had even asked them. Kelly also offered some valuable advice that helped me in finalising my decision about making an offer on the property.

It’s 3.37 am there is no body to…
It’s 3.37 am there is no body to contact. My apartment is potentially leaking and ruining other people’s lives down stairs. Not one emergency number to call. 999 would potentially kill people by being over required. Thornley groves has nothing to call. Think about that before you join up.
