I am absolutely appalled by my experience with The Travel House. This company is operating unethically and should be avoided at all costs. They accepted full payment for a booking but failed to issue any e-ticket or booking confirmation. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no proactive communication from their side. When we finally managed to reach them, we were told the ticket had not been issued, despite the fact that payment had already been taken. To make matters worse, they have not provided any valid evidence of a refund. Every attempt to get a resolution has been met with evasive responses and a complete lack of accountability. This is not just poor service, this is outright fraudulent behaviour. No reputable travel company operates in this manner. I strongly urge others not to trust The Travel House under any circumstances. This has been a deeply frustrating and distressing experience.

Title: Fraudulent Travel Company – Beware of "The Travel House"

Title: Fraudulent Travel Company – Beware of "The Travel House" I was searching for affordable flights on different websites via Skyscanner, I received a call from someone claiming to be a travel agent from "The Travel House". They offered me a flight deal that was significantly cheaper than what I had seen online and asked me to make payment over the phone. Trusting their presentation, I provided my credit card details and was charged £1,556.92 on 29th July. Shortly after the payment was processed, the agent blocked my number and became completely uncontactable. I reached out to The Travel House, who confirmed there was no booking under my name and advised me to report the incident by email and dispute the charge with my credit card provider. The transaction on Credit card appeared as: THE TRAVEL HOUSE LTD WEST DRAYTON +44 208 145 0027 This is a serious complaint against The Travel House for misleading customers, taking payment under false pretenses, and then cutting all contact. I demand accountability and a full refund. This conduct is unacceptable and must be investigated immediately.

Good Customer Service

The website was very user friendly, I as able to book and pay for tickets with no complications. I received my ETickets the following day. I had a query and Sofia responded very quickly and resolved the issue I raised. The service so far has been great! Thank you

Avoid this terrible company

An absolutely terrible company. Would never book with them again. I am still waiting for my partial refund today (16th January 2024) for cancelled flights on November 19th 2023! They have decided to keep £200 for admin fees even the the flight was cancelled by united airlines and there was absolutely nothing I could do about it! Avoid this company at all costs! They have said the payment has been processed but I’m yet to see anything in my account! Update: the travelhouse are now trying to lie by saying the reason for the delay in giving me the refund was due to incorrect card details. They only discovered the incorrect card details when they tried to give the refund 2 days ago.Almost 9 weeks after the cancelled flight. They also called me repeatedly to try to get me to take this review down.

Was a bit skeptic to book through a…

Was a bit skeptic to book through a company we haven’t used before. But happy to have taken the risk as everything went smoothly. Tickets were modestly priced. And the booking was confirmed within a couple of hours. Checked with the airlines and everything was perfectly legit. Thanks

Super good price

Super good price. Was a bit nervous at first as I usually book direct with the airline, but wasn't going to change dates or times or names etc, so thought that I could risk a new approach to buying flights via an external agent. Got the e-ticket within 24 hours, didnt need to speak to anyone and process took less than 2 mins. Will buy again through them where my travel plans are fixed and don't need to change, as I imagine this would be cheaper and easier to do direct with the airline.
