Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didnβt get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

I was surprised and impressed by how the whole process works. My first contact was with a pleasant gentleman Paul Johnson who guided me through the whole process in a very relaxed and professional way. From agreeing a price to picking up the vehicle and making immediate payment the experience was first class. Excellent service.

Great communication (mostly by phone which I appreciate) and everyone I spoke to knew the process well. My car had a few small issues such as the check engine light and a few bumps, however I still got what I was after. When the car was picked up, I was made to feel very comfortable as they did a quick check over and took some photos.

Very straight forward process from beginning to end. Initial description of car over phone gave an offer. Professional driver turned up a few days later to confirm description and money paid into account before he left with the car.

I received an offensive valuation for my car from this company. While I acknowledge that my car is not in showroom condition and has minor body damage, a valuation of Β£6,500 is insulting. Especially considering that similar cars are listed for over Β£9,500 by private sellers on Auto Trader and over Β£10,000 in showrooms. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of my desire for a quick sale, which I find unprofessional. I have received much higher offers elsewhere and will be selling to one of those buyers. Upsetting to see such opportunistic behaviour from companies like this.
