Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

A great experience with selling a car. Spoke to Megan Sykes who was friendly and knowledgeable. She managed to get a little more money than the original quote too. Having to wait all day for a driver to collect the car wasn’t so good. But the driver called about an hour before and was very efficient at checking my car when he arrived.

Having just sold my 6 year old A3 through TCBG I can say that the whole experience from start to finish was really good and professionally dealt with. The price offered wasn’t the lowest and wasn’t the highest, but unlike We Buy Any Car, who would have charged me a £100 admin fee and £30 to receive my money on the same day (why?), there are no hidden shocks with TCBG!

I was looking to sell my car privately and found The Car Buying Group online. I did an online enquiry and received a call from an agent (Richard) who was very easy to deal with. He asked a few questions about my car and asked me to send him some pictures of it. A few hours later he called me with a very reasonable offer. He then arranged for my car to be collected from my house and the money was then transferred to me electronically. Voila! Highly recommend TCBG.

Offered a price,told the price wouldn't change, there would be a driver who would only come and pick up the vehicle and you would be paid. Not the case, doorstep negotiations took place,the price was offered was 50 percent lower than the original price!. Sold the car privately for double the price that Car buying group was going to give.
