Refused to by my car because it was previously registered a diplomatic vehicle. Gave no reason or explanation. Useless company, vasting my time. They mention resale restrictions and company policy making it inpossible to buy formerly registered diplomatic vehicles. This BS, there are no restrictions on selling that kind of vehicles. If it is their policy, they should inform about it in advance, not waste the customers time.
This was an experlent way to sell my car quickly and easily. Connor Mountain was particularly helpful in this process after I had filled in the online questionnaire. Everything went smoothly and the payment was promptly maid before the vehicle was driven away. Many thanks to the whole team

It was really easy to do, smooth transaction. very nice people. Answered any questions and paid instantly. Would highly recommend these. My car didn’t get picked up so I took it in and they arranged transport for me home, really thoughtful.

Excellent service from start to finish. After submitting photo's was quoted a guaranteed price. Although the price was not as much as some of the companies it was guaranteed. I took a while to decide to sell to this company and had no pressure to do the deal. Steve Alison who I dealt with was a nice chap. Spoke on phone and over whatsapp. Once I decided to sell the process was easy & straight forward. I submitted a couple of docs and the collection date was booked. I had some follow up emails from the sales team and a guaranteed price agreement was sent. I was kept updated during the process. On collection day I was contacted by the collector and kept updated on ETA. He was a very nice young man. He checked all the documents and checked the car over sending pictures and info to the sales team and when they were happy with everything they transferred the funds to my account and to the finance company. The DVLA transfer was done and the funds were in my account before the car left my possesion. Very good service and would recommend them.

Received a quote online saying £4600, ignored it as it was an embarrassment, Next day got an email saying he had personally looked into it and the new estimate was £7500 if he could call me, Calls me and says the system was broke and that’s why it gave me a ridiculous price, Asks for pictures etc Sent them off and said he’d get back to me in roughly 2 hours, Hours later no reply so I email to them be told the price came back at £4500 😂 I was expecting a little less after the pictures but that’s just taking the mick. So I’d avoid at all cost, Webuyanycar even offered more, ****just to add a reply to your poor reply**** So why would 2 small dents take thousands off the price ? Behave yourself. The vehicle is sold thanks, for a lot more than your revised offer.

Excellent overall experience. From initial contact to follow up calls/emails to agent doing on site appraisal, everything went smooth.
